President "Anointed One" Obama said at a the National Prayer Breakfast that his proposal to hike taxes on wealthy Americans is in accordance with the teachings of Jesus Christ.
"I think to myself, if I'm willing to give something up as somebody who's been extraordinarily blessed and give up some of the tax breaks that I enjoy, I actually think that's going to make economic sense. But for me as a Christian, it also coincides with Jesus teaching that, 'for unto whom much is given, much shall be required,'" Obama said.
Obama can’t slip this holy mention past Sean: "He just told an audience that no one less than Jesus Christ himself wants to raise taxes on the rich...that's what he's suggesting here. How much is required? Half of your income? Everything? Is that what Jesus wanted?”
Thanks for the theology lesson President, but “His thinking is all rooted in Marxism...in the redistribution of wealth," said Sean. "You know the Bible also says 'the sweat of thy brow shall I earn thy bread.' How many times have I said on this program that liberals are only generous with other peoples' money? How many times?" Sean asked rhetorically.
While liberals may love to tout a ‘Jesus complex’ by taking away money individuals earn through hard work, Sean goes through a list of our most beloved liberals who have all lectured us on charity, tax returns and redistribution of wealth, and you will be nothing less than shocked at the amount of money they have handed over from their own pockets. Biden, Gore, you just make it too easy to prove Sean’s point that liberals are, indeed, only generous with other peoples’ money!
