Obama's Worst Nominee Yet?

Last night on Hannity, Michelle Malkin highlighted the troubling history of the man Obama is reportedly considering to be his new Labor Secretary. His selection would be Obama 's worst yet, and that is saying a lot considering the recent controversy over Chuck Hagel (Secretary of Defense) and John Brennan (CIA Director). The person Obama is said to be considering is assistant attorney general for the DOJ civil rights division, Thomas Perez.

Michelle Malkin has the details on Perez's troubling involvement with a radical activist group, along with his commitment to workers rights … illegal alien workers. During his time with the Obama Department of Justice, Perez has had a hand in some of the most controversial actions to come out of the DOJ. Some of the more egregious include:

- Refusing to honor valid subpoenas from the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights in the voter intimidation case of the New Black Panther Party.

- Attacking the integrity of voter ID laws in South Carolina, which was eventually rebuked by a District Court panel.

- Spearheading the lawsuit against Arizona in its attempts to enforce federal laws (which weren't being enforced) on illegal immigration.

Yet again, leave it to conservatives like Michelle Malkin to expose the truth about the Obama administration and these people who find themselves in immense positions of power in Washington. Where is the mainstream media coverage or questioning of this Obama official and potential nominee?
