President Trump’s poll numbers came bouncing back this week; gaining over six points in just three days as the American public sides with the President in the ongoing crisis between the United States and North Korea.

The Rasmussen survey found that 45% of voters approve of Trump’s job performance, a six point increase from this time last week and the highest levels seen in nearly a month.

Roughly 53% of those asked “disapprove” of the President.

The poll comes as the President ratchets up his war of words with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un as well as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

The President has recently clashed with McConnell over his failure to repeal and replace Obamacare and his inability to advance Trump's legislative agenda; including healthcare, tax reform, and infrastructure.

McConnell currently oversees one of the most unpopular Congresses in modern American history.

The Rasmussen poll was conducted over the last three days and asked 1,500 likely voters if they “approve” or “disapprove” of President Trump’s job performance.
