Queen Pelosi
If you had a headache trying to wade through the Obama Care Reform Bill, you’ll have a migraine by the time you get through the 3,000 page House Statement of Disbursements (SOD). Congress has been required to make Congressional expenditures public for nearly 45 years. This year, the SOD is available online. It turns out Queen Pelosi, as Sean nicknamed her, spent $2,993 on flowers between June and October! “You work hard for your money. You pay a lot in taxes. Liberals are only generous when it comes to YOUR money!” Sean exclaimed. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Pelosi spent $30k on food and beverage and $2,740 on bottled water! “Why do we have to pay for this junk?” asked Sean. “I just don’t get it.” Remember when Pelosi said, “This leadership team will create the most honest, most open, and most ethical Congress in history"? I guess that doesn’t apply to her.

Jobs Now Caucus Attacks Obama
It appears that members of President Obama’s own party are accusing his administration of not doing enough to help the unemployment rate. Members of the congressional coalition “Jobs Now”, a group made up of 112 Democrat and 17 Republican legislators, are contemplating a march on Washington to draw attention to the unemployment rate. Democratic Congressman Bobby Rush from Illinois was quoted as saying, “Obviously there’s something that’s not getting through to them and we’re going to let the White House know we have people in our districts who are depending on us to deliver for them.” Sean quickly jumped on this story arguing, “What happened, I thought the stimulus was going to come through for us.” Hannity continued, “I find that pretty interesting but let me tell you this is just democrats running for cover.” It’s hard to find any legislator who wouldn’t be running for cover from the fallout of President Obama’s empty stimulus promises. For many legislators, those promises were the only things that put them in office in the first place.

Detective Bo Dietl: Tiger Woods Is One Great American
Sean was joined on the NewsMaker hotline by former New York City police detective Bo Dietl who came on the show defending Tiger Woods in the latest scandal. “I was never a big Tiger Woods fan,” began Dietl, “until I saw him at the inauguration where he made the statement that he’s not a black American or a White American – but that he’s an American honoring Americans who are fighting for America.” Sean countered, “The reality is, in this day in age, that if you’re cheating or unfaithful to your spouse, there’s going to be somebody out there who can figure this out.” Sean was tough on Woods saying, “I would tell anybody that before you’re about to drive and meet some guy or girl, if they would just pull over and make a mental image of their children and stop and think, I don’t think they’d do this.” Sean concluded about the entire scandal, “I think you just have to stop and think about the situation you put yourself in.” Isn’t that the lesson to be learned? Don’t put yourself in a scandalous situation and you won’t have to worry about the consequences. Seems like a simple enough philosophy and yet one that many will ignore.
