Shoving Obama Care Down Our Throats
Even though the news that Nancy Pelosi doesn’t believe that a deal on Obama Care will happen this year broke during the show, Sean is convinced many politicians will cave in the weeks ahead and “Obama care will be jammed down our throats. The American people don’t want [Obama care] and every poll indicates we don’t want it – but we’re gonna get it shoved down our throats anyway.” However, there is a silver lining to the Democratic health reform bill’s passage Sean pointed out, “We’ll get taxed for three or four years before we’ll actually start seeing any benefits from it. This gives us time to get to 2012 so that we can absolutely take back the Congress and the Senate.”

It Rhymes With ‘Witch’
According to the Politico.com, Senator Charles Schumer made an inappropriate comment about a flight attendant who demanded he turn off his cell phone. The report said the attendant told the Senator to turn off his phone before takeoff. Apparently Schumer complied but made the nasty remark under his breath when she walked away. “Under his breath?” Sean asked puzzled. “Apparently it wasn’t under his breath if people next to him heard him make the comment. Why wasn’t he thrown off that flight?” Good question Sean! What do you think, should Sen. Schumer have been thrown off the flight after his not-so-nice comment?

Public Reading of 767-Page Amendment?
Senators Jim DeMint and Tom Coburn earlier today demanded that a 767-page amendment calling for an all-government health care system be read aloud. Sen. Bernie Sanders' amendment to the Senate's health care legislation would have created a single-payer insurance plan. Sanders later relented and withdrew his measure after DeMint insisted it be read aloud. Both DeMint and Coburn joined Sean to discuss their actions on the Senate floor. "If Reid won't slow down this debate, we will do it for him," DeMint told Sean. "We'll do everything we can to stop this government takeover of health care." Coburn added, "If they think that while people are Christmas shopping that they can sneak this thing through they are mistaken. We need to make sure there is time to read it, explain what's in it - and they simply can't do that in the next week or two."
