Driving The Left Nuts
This is it…the last Sean Hannity broadcast before Sunday’s momentous vote on Obama Care. Sean took the opportunity to thank all of his loyal listeners for their tireless efforts over the past 14 months of debate. “You have given a full effort. You have taken time from your families, taken time from your work to get involved and engaged in this debate. You have brought us to the point where we can be victorious. It is driving the left nuts because of all that you have done.” Sean also explained that Sunday’s vote runs a lot deeper than just a debate on health care. “What we are witnessing here is the relationship between you…we the people and the government. Our relationship may be altered forever.”
Dick Morris: “Not A Done Deal Yet”
Sean welcomed Dick Morris to the NewsMaker hotline to discuss the political ramifications of Sunday’s health care vote. “Certainly, this thing is not a done deal at this point, although they may have made a little bit of progress on it,” Morris said. In the last 48 hours, we’ve had 4 Congressmen who have switched from a ‘no’ vote to a ‘yes’ vote. But we’ve also had 3 Congressmen jump from ‘yes’ to a ‘no’ vote as well. The conversation turned to the increase in corruption and “vote buying” witnessed during the health care debate. “You know Bill Clinton sold the Lincoln bedroom, Obama is selling the whole White House,” Morris said sarcastically. Kill The Bill Rally!
Amy Kremer of the Tea Party Express joined Sean in the show’s final hour to talk about a huge anti-health care bill rally tomorrow in Washington, D.C. The rally, appropriately named, “Kill The Bill” will start at 12 noon on the steps of the U.S. Capitol. The unprecedented coalition of grassroots and tea party groups will make the final push before the crucial vote by the House on Sunday. All protestors will gather to communicate the frustration of the American people and demand the termination of Obama Care. Numerous Congressmen and special guests are slated to appear as well.
