Conservative Victory Tour 2010 Rolls Into Cincinnati
Sean kicked off this sad day, another Tax Day, by bringing his "Conservative Victory 2010" tour to Cincinnati. "We're here to recognize that the American people are overtaxed," offered Sean, "that the American people are overburdened." Sean was also joined by Cincinnati talker Bill Cunningham to discuss the Tea Party event happening tonight. "The place is going to be packed tonight," argued Cunningham,” but what people aren't talking about is what happens if Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama win more seats this November...they'll think the American people want more!" Hannity quickly admitted,” I can't even conceive the thought." Finally tonight, Sean reached out to his audience offering, "Everyone who has purchased this book or joined us on tour..thank you."
Why "Kick The Bums Out" Philosophy Won't Work
Sean was joined by a frustrated Dave from Dallas who offered his thoughts on the upcoming election. "I'm a conservative and I'd like to see new people in the House and Senate," argued Dave, "I have a problem with the fact that we're going to put the people who were in charge sixteen months ago back in power and expect them to fix everything..we need to clean house." “Why would you want to get rid of Mike Pence, Michele Bachmann or Paul Ryan," asked Hannity. Sean's point is a great one and a good lesson to learn in light of the many Tax Day protests happening around America. Conservative candidates should model themselves after Bachmann, Pence and Ryan and hold strong to their values, after all it’s really the only way to win in November.
Melanie Morgan: Grassroots For 2010
Sean was joined by talk show host Melanie Morgan to discuss her latest efforts, Warriors for Congress, which is her effort to transform military men and women into powerful Congressional candidates in November. "We've chosen some fantastic candidates who are the next generation," explained Morgan, "they're ready to lead on day one." Hannity was very excited by this effort saying, "What you're saying is that you're recruiting American heroes to run for office and you're supporting as many as you can." Can you think of stronger candidates than those men and women who've risked everything for the love of their country? It’s awfully hard to think of better qualifications.
