The Obamas Vacation As America Continues To Suffer
Friday’s show opened in front of thousands of raucous Hannity fans who turned out for the first Freedom Concert of 2010 in Jackson, NJ. After greeting the enormous crowd Sean commented on the story of the day, Michelle Obama’s $375,000 vacation. “Most Americans don’t take this much vacation,” Sean steamed {Article}. “I don’t mind them taking vacation, but we’ve got new unemployment numbers out today that show we've lost 131,000 more jobs in this country. We have stocks tumbling on the bad news, Americans struggling, real unemployment at about 17 percent – and the Obama’s are living pretty high on the hog off of OUR money! We’re seeing enormous pain and suffering, with people worrying about paying their mortgage, but meanwhile the Obamas’ life couldn’t be any better!” Sean said.

Newt Gingrich: “No Mosque Near Ground Zero”
Former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, joined Sean live at the New Jersey Freedom Concert and discussed the controversial construction of a Mosque near Ground Zero. Gingrich told Sean that “there should be no Mosque near Ground Zero in New York, so long as there are no churches or synagogues in Saudi Arabia. The time for double standards that allow Islamists to behave aggressively towards us while they demand our weakness and submission is over,” Gingrich told a cheering crowd. Gingrich also stressed that this issue does not just pertain to those Americans living in New York, but is a national concern. “The attack on 9/11 was an attack on all of America. Every American has a right to be involved.”

The Great American Video Contest Winner!
In the show’s final hour, Sean called the winner of the 2010 Great American Video Contest, Brandon Hess. Brandon, just twenty-two years old, created an incredibly touching, one minute video called, “Honor, pass it on,” that brought tears to the eyes of almost all in attendance at today’s live broadcast. Brandon won a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and an all-expense paid trip to a Freedom Concert of his choosing. Brandon, a recent graduate of Penn State, has aspirations of moving to Hollywood to become a director. “What really attracted me to the contest was the content and being able to honor our troops,” an overwhelmed Brandon told Sean and the live audience.
