Sean’s Social Media Experience
Sean kicked off the show covering the details of Congressman Weiner’s scandal. “I know so little about the new technology world,” admitted Sean, “My nine year old daughter and my twelve year old son do all of the app downloading for me, it’s pathetic.” “This entire story makes me need a shower,” admitted Sean, “What is wrong with these guys.” It is hard to wrap your mind around this story but in the last few years we’ve seen story after story with similar endings. It’s just nice to know we’ll never see Sean in one of these scandals, we’ll be lucky if Sean can turn his computer on.
Anthony Weiner’s Sorry
Congressman Anthony Weiner made an official statement from the Sheraton Hotel in Midtown Manhattan where he apologized for inappropriate conduct with several women over popular social media outlets. Before the press conference though conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart took the stage to defend why he was the first to break this news story on his website, breitbart.com. “I do apologize to Andrew Breitbart and all of the media,” acknowledged Congressman Weiner, “I owe an apology to everyone.” Breitbart joined Hannity to discuss the apology. “I lost my entire Memorial Day weekend fending off an organized effort to suggest I was the one who hacked Weiner’s account and that I savaged the women in this story,” an obviously angry Breitbart mentioned, “It’s tragic and heartbreaking to watch this, I don’t like the guy but I did feel very badly for him.” Sean, agreeing with Breitbart said, “I felt bad for him as well,” Sean explained, “I wanted them to pull the microphone away from him because he stayed up there way too long.” For video and the latest coverage of this ongoing story plus more of Sean’s reaction, visit hannity.com.
Ann Coulter’s Back!
Sean was joined by controversial author Ann Coulter to discuss her latest book, “Demonic: How The Liberal Mob is Endangering America.” In reviewing the book Sean did find a few things to disagree with. “When you write that the demon is a mob, and the mob is demonic. The Democratic Party activates mobs, depends on mobs, coddles mobs, publicizes and celebrate mobs – it is the mob,” asked Sean, “What are you going to say when the liberal media asks you ‘Coulter, are you saying all liberals are demonic.” Laughingly Coulter replied, “I’m saying that liberals use mob tactics and that it’s their behavioral pattern.” Coulter continued, “During the Boston Tea Party there was a large effort to differentiate that activity from that of a mob, Paul Revere even made sure that one of the locks that had to be broken was fixed and replaced.” Any fan of history will surely lo ve Ann’s new book, Demonic, available on Amazon.com or by clicking here.”
