Dems Finally Own The Economy

Is The Presidency Within Newt’s Reach?
Last week what looked like a mutiny took place within the Gingrich campaign as over a dozen of the former speaker’s senior staffers, including his campaign manager, resigned en masse. So while the speaker is rallying the GOP around the prospect of a new Republican majority, the question remains, is the presidency within his reach? Sean was joined by Newt Gingrich on ‘Hannity’ to discuss the status of his campaign and chances for becoming the nation’s next president. “I think that Newt 2012 is the biggest threat to end the 80 year majority of the left in the bureaucracies, the judgeships, the policies -- that this nation has seen,” Newt said confidently. “And I think whether you are a member of the establishment on the right or a member of the establishment on the left, the idea of a genuine grassroots rebellion is very unnerving. And I think people here realize that I really am different. I'm totally committed to developing a gene ration of new solutions. And I'm prepared to side with the American people against the entire Washington establishment, if that's what it takes for us to change Washington.” Watch the rest of Sean’s interview with the former speaker by clicking here.

The Democrats Own The Economy
DNC chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz uttered four words that Sean believes are not only true, but will come back to haunt her in the future – “Democrats own the economy.” “Democrats are ready to take responsibility for the state of the economy and they deserve credit for putting it on the right track,” Wasserman Schultz said this morning. “We own the economy. We own the beginning of the turnaround and we want to make sure that we continue that pace of recovery, not go back to the policies of the past under the Bush administration that put us in the ditch in the first place,” Wasserman Schultz told Mike Allen at POLITICO’s ‘Playbook Breakfast.’ { Video} “She’s says this heading into the 2012 election. She says this when 9.1 percent unemployment exists and nine out of ten Americans rate the economy negatively,” said Sean. “She linked Barack Obama and the economy right at the hip! This is a major gaff and it’s gonna come back to haunt her,” Sean concluded.

ATMs Took Your Job!
“The Anointed One” has finally admitted that he is completely ignorant about job creation and economics. In an interview with the Today Show, Obama declared that the unemployment rate remains so high because of ATMS { Article} Sean was joined by author Michelle Malkin to discuss Obama’s comments and the state of the U.S. economy. “Could you be more out of touch about what makes the American economy dynamic?” Malkin asked rhetorically. “The idea that ATMs and kiosks at airports are to blame for the abysmal economic recovery that we’ve been suffering under for the last couple of years speaks of academia’s abject ignorance,” said Malkin.
