The Wrong Way To Be Commander-In-Chief

The Wrong Way To Be Commander-In-Chief
Sean was joined by former ambassador John Bolton and discussed President Obama’s plans to begin withdrawing troops from Afghanistan. “The only reason we’re even talking about withdrawing troops from Afghanistan,” said Bolton, “is because eighteen months ago at the president’s West Point speech he announced a surge and also this plans to pull out. That is exactly the wrong way to be commander-in-chief. Bolton said Obama is pursuing "an incoherent" foreign policy that has weakened American security. Bolton also teased the listening audience when he said he is "thinking about" seeking the Republican nomination to run for president. Bolton said he would make his decision by Labor Day. 30% Certain To Support Obama Re-Election
Sean kicked off Wednesday’s show by referencing a new Obama poll appearing on Bloomberg.com today. According to a Bloomberg National Poll conducted June 17-20th, only 30 percent of respondents said they are certain to vote for the president and 36 percent said they definitely won’t. Among likely independent voters, only 23 percent said they will back his re-election, while 36 percent said they definitely will look for another candidate. Ultimately, the survey showed, Obama’s presidential campaign will hinge on whether the economy improves rather than national security issues, and as of right now the economy isn’t exactly firing on all cylinders. When Liberals Attack!
Left-wing activists around the country gathered in Minneapolis over the weekend for the annual "Netcooks" conference - but they were joined by an unexpected guest, Andrew Breitbart. Shockingly, the left-wingers and attendants did not treat him with the same civility that they seem to expect of others. Breitbart joined Sean on ‘Hannity’ to discuss his tepid reception at the conference. Breitbart was not naive to why the left dislikes him. “Well, I know how the left works. I know how the hard left works. It's Saul Alinsky, it's the politics of personal destruction. And if I'm going to make myself a public figure, one that aggressively exposes the hard left, I know that I'm going to be the object of their tactics. I wanted to talk to these people and hear why they feel that they should be able to get away with blatant lies,” Breitbart said. You can watch Sean’s interview with Breitbart right here.
