Could Obama Bail?

Governor Mitt Romney
Sean was joined by Mitt Romney who’s made progress toward earning the 2012 GOP Presidential nomination. Sean didn’t waste time pressing Governor Romney on his thoughts about immigration asking, “We have millions of people in this country illegally and what is your answer to it all.” “The key is to stop illegal immigration,” acknowledged Romney, “I would secure the border with a fence and a system that will crack down on employers who hire people who are here illegally.” On the race itself, Sean pressed, “At one point Governor Perry was doing better than you and now it seems he’s fallen back and as you watch the back and forth, what do you make of all this.” Romney answered politically saying, “I think you’re going to see polls go up and down but that’s what you’re going to expect these days.”
Jay Sekulow vs Tamara Holder: Suspend Elections
North Carolina Governor Bev Perdue made headlines recently with her call to “suspend Congressional districts” in order to give those in Washington DC some amnesty to make difficult decisions without being held accountable. Click here to see her comments. Sean brought Tamara Holder and Jay Sekulow into the discussion to debate these seemingly crazy issues. “Obviously she believes this is a good idea,” began Hannity, “This is a little frightening to hear how we need less democracy from those this high in government.” Sekulow offered his thoughts saying, “She made this statement and it wasn’t a joke and I don’t think she was thinking of Article 1 Section 2 of the Constitution says we have elections for Congress every two years.” “What makes our government wonderful is that we have democracy,” offered Holder, “I think that you’re taking this out of context.” Watch the video for yourself and see if the comments were taken out of context, you are the judge.

Dick Morris: President Obama May Bail
Sean was joined by former White House Chief-of-Staff Dick Morris to discuss the 2012 landscape. A somewhat surprised Hannity began the conversation saying, “You think Obama might be looking at the landscape and deciding he can’t win and may bail out?” Morris provoked, “It is possible that Harry Reid comes to Obama in January and tells Obama that he’s going to cost the party control of the Senate and he would step aside and perhaps run again later.” Interestingly, today’s Rasmussen Report shows President Obama leading Herman Cain by only 5% which is really shocking. You should read the report which can be found here.
