Trump prepared to run for president

Iran Building ICBM Base Near Our Coastline
Iran and Venezuela are feverishly building ICBM bases on the Paraguana Peninsula, about 250 miles northwest of Caracas. These bases are designed to house missiles with nuclear tipped warheads capable of reaching large portions of the United States according to a Jerusalem Post story. "Apparently Mr. President, our negotiations without preconditions aren't getting you very far," Sean steamed. "Iran is also threatening to blow up any U.S. warships entering the Strait of Hormuz. This is why I'm a conservative. This is why I believe in peace through strength and I identify evil for what it is. If you don't learn from history you're doomed to repeat it. The answer is to be proactive, not reactive," said Sean. You can listen to Sean's take on Iran's quest for a nuclear weapon by clicking here.

Trump: I Am Prepared To Run For President
Yesterday, Donald Trump announced that he is prepared to run for president if a GOP nominee is not announced in the near future. Trump recently switched his voter registration in New York state from Republican to unaffiliated. Trump joined Sean on the NewsMaker Hotline to discuss his possible run for office as well as the current state of the U.S. economy. The "Apprentice" host told Sean that he has never seen another nomination contest as volatile as the 2012 Republican race, adding that he remains prepared to mount a third-party candidacy for the White House if Republicans fail to decide on a single candidate for the nomination. "Look at what's happening in Iowa," said Mr. Trump, "It's crazy." You can listen to Sean's interview with Donald Trump by clicking here.

McCain Endorses Romney
Major news was made on the campaign trail yesterday in New Hampshire when the 2008 Republican presidential nominee announced his endorsement of Mitt Romney. Sean was joined exclusively for the first time since the big announcement by former Governor Romney and Arizona Senator John McCain. McCain described that after a "spirited campaign" in 2008 with Romney the two became good friends. "We spent time together. We campaigned together. And I grew to respect what he stands for, what he believes in, his experience and the fact that I believe that he is the one who can defeat Barack Obama and be president of the United States. And it's a very critical time in our history," McCain told Sean. McCain and Romney discussed plans for New Hampshire as well as Newt Gingrich's anger over negative ads from the Romney PAC.
