PAY FOR PLAY: Clinton Cashes-In on Outrageous Ticket Prices

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.21.17

Hillary Clinton is set to rake in big bucks from her multi-state book tour later this fall, with tickets selling for upwards of $1,200 for a chance to hear the former Presidential candidate publicly discuss her doomed bid for the White House.

The former Secretary of State will launch her 15-city tour in just a few weeks, traveling across the country in support of “What Happened,” her latest memoir detailing her inner-most thoughts regarding the 2016 presidential campaign.

The failed nominee announced the events, billed as “Hillary Clinton Live,” earlier Monday.

Promotional material for her upcoming show in Washington, DC describe the event as a “personal, raw, detailed, and surprisingly funny” account of Clinton’s stunning 2016 defeat.

“Join Hillary Rodham Clinton this Fall as she travels the United States. She’ll connect with audiences in a conversation about a story that’s personal, raw, detailed and surprisingly funny. She’ll take you with her on her journey and talk about What Happened, what’s next, and what’s on your mind,” said the statement.

According to the Daily Mail, top-tier tickets are currently selling for $1,200 in some stops, and upwards of $350 in places such as Broward County, Florida.

“In the past, for reasons I try to explain, I’ve often felt I had to be careful in public, like I was up on a wire without a net,” she writes in her new memoir. “Now I’m letting my guard down.”

“What Happened” hits bookshelves on September 12th.
