KIM THREATENS GUAM: N. Korea Prepared to Launch 'Salvo of Missiles' at US

posted by Hannity Staff - 7.02.17

North Korea again threatened the United States territory of Guam on Thursday, vowing to destroy the American-controlled island after the US military flew nuclear-capable bombers off the Korean coast.

The Korean regime issued the threat through the state-run news agency, warning President Trump that any future military drills by the US or South Korea would be met with “fire,” and vowing to “take counteractions for self-defense including a salvo of missiles into waters near the US territory of Guam.”

‘If US imperialists and the South Korean puppets ignite a nuclear war of aggression against us, it would only advance their own demise,’ the statement added.

During a surprise appearance at the White House press briefing on Thursday, President Trump’s Chief of Staff John Kelly was asked to weigh-in on the escalating crisis in the Korean peninsula, saying the current threat is “manageable.”

Kelly warned that the crisis will only “grow beyond where it is today” if the global community fails to force Kim to voluntarily abandon his nuclear and missile programs, adding the US is willing to act if threatened.

President Trump has repeatedly warned the communist nation that the US is prepared to “totally destroy” North Korea if conflict were to erupt on the Korean peninsula, saying that “25 years” worth of negotiations had failed and suggesting “only one thing” will work.
