MAMA GRIZZLY: Palin Says Men Don't Harass Her Because 'She's Packing'

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.17.17

Former Vice Presidential nominee and vocal advocate of the Second Amendment told reporters on Friday that sexual assault and misconduct were “serious issues,” adding that most men wouldn’t mess with her because she was “probably packing” a gun in the workplace.

“It’s not a partisan issue, so when we see this happening today, I think that it leads to a lot of questions about what standards are going to be applied to whom,” Palin told MSNBC’s Kasie Hunt while visiting Capitol Hill.

“Have you ever experienced sexual harassment in the work place as an ambitious woman in public life?” pressed the reporter.

“A whole lot of people know that I’m probably packing. So, I don’t think there’s a lot of people who would necessarily mess with me,” she quipped, before turning more serious. “I don’t mean to be lighthearted; this is a serious issue.”

“It really stinks for women in the workplace that for too long, men have thought they can get away with kind of being that old-school thinking that it’s OK to belittle and harass women,” she added.
