ANTI-MUSLIM BIAS? NM Judge Accuses Prosecutors of ‘DISCRIMINATING’ Against ‘EXTREMISTS’

posted by Hannity Staff - 8.16.18

A judge in New Mexico that granted bail to five “extremists” arrested at a “filthy” compound accused prosecutors of “anti-Muslim discrimination” in their handling of the case Thursday; adding the defendants had their “faith taken into account” while being detained.

According to the Daily Caller, Judge Sarah Backus fired-back at the prosecution after she was slammed for issuing bail to three women and two men arrested for training children to conduct school shootings across the region.

“The defendants, Siraj Wahhaj, Hujrah Wahhaj, Jany Leveille, Subhannah Wahhaj, and Lucas Morten, are accused of training children to conduct school shootings. All were granted release on a $20,000 ‘signature bond’ by Judge Sarah Backus on Monday, allowing them to avoid paying any money unless they violate their release terms,” writes the DC.

“The defendants are apparently of the Muslim faith,” read the order. “The Court was asked by the State to make a finding of dangerousness and a finding of no conditions of release could ensure the safety of the community. The State apparently expected the court to take the individuals’ faith into account in making such a determination. The Court has never been asked to take any other person’s faith into account in making a determination of dangerousness. The Court is not aware of any law that allows the Court to take a person’s faith into consideration in making a dangerousness determination,” writes Backus.

BAILED OUT: Judge SETS BAIL for New Mexico EXTREMISTS, Son Still Missing

posted by Hannity Staff - 8.14.18

A judge in New Mexico granted bail to five suspects charged with training eleven children to conduct school shootings across the United States Monday evening; sparking outrage from local residents and officials worried the “extremists” may try and flee the country.

According to the New York Post, “Three women and two men, ages 35 to 40, will wear ankle monitors and be under house arrest if they can post $20,000 bond each, the judge ruled in Taos.”

“This was not a camping trip and this was not a simple homestead of the kind that many people do in New Mexico,” said Deputy District Attorney Timothy Hasson.

The ringleader behind the deadly mission is Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, the son of a Brooklyn-based Imam with alleged ties to the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

The five adults were arrested during a raid at a “filthy” compound in New Mexico last week, where eleven children were allegedly trained to carry out shootings; likely at local schools.

BORDER CHAOS: Cops Arrest ‘Muslim Extremists’ at 'FILTHY COMPOUND' in New Mexico

Three mothers of nearly a dozen “malnourished” children were arrested in New Mexico over the weekend, with local officials confirming the “filthy conditions” led to their detention and that “armed Muslim extremists” were also apprehended on the scene.

“Jany Leveille, 35; Hujrah Wahhaj, 38, and Subhannah Wahha, 35, were arrested and charged with neglect and child abuse of the children. The three women, who were found at the compound in Amalia, initially refused to answer any questions,” writes Fox News.

Police were brought to the location after an anonymous tip said, “We are starving and need food and water.”

Law enforcement confronted “heavily armed” men with AR-15 rifles and loaded pistols during the raid, adding “occupants were most likely heavily armed and considered extremist of the Muslim belief.”
