BREAKING: Feds Charge ‘Extremists’ from New Mexico Compound with Kidnapping, Terror Offenses

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.14.19

The federal government officially charged the “extremists” discovered at a dilapidated New Mexico compound Thursday on terror and kidnapping offenses; ending months of speculation after the suspects were apprehended last August.

“The indictment alleges that the defendants conspired to provide material support in preparation for violent attacks against federal law enforcement officers and members of the military,” Assistant Attorney General John C. Demers for the Department of Justice’s National Security Division said.

Jany Leveille, 36, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, 40, Hurjah Wahhaj, 38, Subhanah Wahhaj, 36 and Lucas Morton, 41, were all charged “with federal offenses related to terrorism, kidnapping and firearms violations.”

The suspects were taken into custody August 3rd and are accused of training young children to carry out attacks on schools, hospitals, and other American institutions.

BORDER CHAOS: Cops Arrest ‘Muslim Extremists’ at 'FILTHY COMPOUND' in New Mexico

posted by Hannity Staff - 8.06.18

Three mothers of nearly a dozen “malnourished” children were arrested in New Mexico over the weekend, with local officials confirming the “filthy conditions” led to their detention and that “armed Muslim extremists” were also apprehended on the scene.

“Jany Leveille, 35; Hujrah Wahhaj, 38, and Subhannah Wahha, 35, were arrested and charged with neglect and child abuse of the children. The three women, who were found at the compound in Amalia, initially refused to answer any questions,” writes Fox News.

Police were brought to the location after an anonymous tip said, “We are starving and need food and water.”

Law enforcement confronted “heavily armed” men with AR-15 rifles and loaded pistols during the raid, adding “occupants were most likely heavily armed and considered extremist of the Muslim belief.”

BREAKING: Judge DISMISSES ALL CHARGES Against 'EXTREMIST' New Mexico Compound Suspects

posted by Hannity Staff - 8.29.18

A New Mexico judge tossed out all charges filed against three of five defendants detained at an “extremist Muslim” compound in New Mexico Wednesday, saying authorities violated a “10 day rule” that required “evidentiary hearings” to justify “probable cause.”

“A New Mexico judge dismissed all charges against three suspects tied to a compound where alleged Muslim extremists reportedly trained children to be school shooters,” writes Fox News. “District Judge Emilio Chavez on Wednesday dismissed charges against three of the five defendants, ruling that authorities violated the state’s ’10-day rule.’”

“Child abuse charges against Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahhaj were dropped because prosecutors missed the 10-day limit for an evidentiary hearing to establish probable cause,” adds the article.

The charges against Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille remain.
