CLICK HERE: Support Sharyl Attkisson’s Landmark Legal Battle Against Unlawful DOJ Surveillance

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.05.18

Five-time Emmy-Award winning journalist Sharyl Attkisson will continue her landmark legal battle against the Department of Justice in the coming months; launching the lawsuit after the DOJ “spied on her computer” after she reported honestly -yet negatively- about the previous administration.

Supporters and associates of Attkisson have now launched an official online fundraiser to help the journalist wage her expensive, but necessary, fight against the Department of Justice.

“The hacking of her home and work computers occurred when she reported for CBS News. Among other recognition, she received the 2013 Edward R. Murrow Award for investigative reporting and the Emmy Award for Outstanding Investigative Reporting for her stories on the Fast and Furious scandal,” writes her GoFundMe page.

“When Sharyl recently spoke at a legal seminar on Fourth Amendment surveillance abuses, some of the attending lawyers were stunned to hear that not a single journalism group or civil liberties organization has stepped up to become involved in the case, or help pay for Sharyl’s legal fees. Sharyl and her family are financing this litigation out of their own pockets, and to see this case to the end could cost upwards of $1,000,000,” adds the site.

DOJ EXPOSÉ: FISA Docs May Reveal ORIGINS of Trump Surveillance

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.21.18

Concealed documents at the center of the initial FISA warrants against senior Trump aides may shed new light on recent allegations his campaign was surveilled by the FBI ahead of the 2016 election.

The revelation comes just hours after the Commander-in-Chief met with high-level staffers at the FBI, DOJ, and DNI to discuss new reports the bureau had an “inside man” interacting with his campaign.

“And this meeting is crucial because it will be a major opportunity for the President to order the Justice Department and FBI to turn over classified information requested by the House Intelligence Committee that may finally lead to the answers related to the scope of the FBI’s surveillance on the Trump campaign,” writes Sara Carter.

“So, an option would be to get the classified documents turned over to the Committee and this is what the President demanded in a Saturday Tweet, saying ‘only the release or review of the documents that the House Intelligence Committee (also, Senate Judiciary) is asking for can give the conclusive answers,’” she adds.

FISA FALLOUT: FBI Withheld Evidence that ‘Directly Refutes’ Premise of Trump Surveillance

posted by Hannity Staff - 10.15.18

A senior GOP lawmaker made national headlines Sunday night, publicly confirming the FBI withheld evidence that “directly refuted” the agency’s premise behind the ongoing Russia-Trump collusion probe.

Texas Rep. John Ratcliffe was speaking with Fox News when he was asked to comment on the controversial FISA application that allowed the Department of Justice to surveil the Trump campaign heading into the 2016 election and beyond.

“Hypothetically, if the Department of Justice and the FBI have another piece of evidence that directly refutes that, that directly contradicts that, what you would expect is for the Department of Justice to present both sides of the coin to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to evaluate the weight and sufficiency of that evidence,” Ratcliffe said.

“Instead, what happened here was Department of Justice and FBI officials in the Obama administration in October of 2016 only presented to the court the evidence that made the government’s case to get a warrant to spy on a Trump campaign associate,” he added.
