Sen. Lindsey Graham stopped by ‘Hannity’ Wednesday night to weigh-in on the growing trend of state governments permitting late-term abortions until the point of delivery; saying only seven countries on the planet permit the procedure after 20 weeks.
“I don’t think that was about abortion in the Commonwealth of Virginia. You once sponsored a bill I agree with,” said Hannity.
“Only seven nations in the entire world allow abortion on demand after 20 weeks. They’re talking about abortion during the actual birthing,” said Graham.
“My bill says unless the life of the mother’s at stake, a result of rape or incest, you can’t have abortion on demand in the fifth month. Most Americans would be fine with that,” he added.

NY GOVERNOR: I’m ‘Not Here to Legislate Religion’ Regarding Late-Term Abortions
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo doubled-down on his state’s recent law permitting late-term abortions Wednesday; saying he was not in office to “legislate religion” following the controversial decision.
The new legislation allows non-doctors to perform abortions “up until the point of birth” for many, non-specified reasons.
“The Catholic Church doesn’t believe in a woman’s right to choose. Yes, I understand their religious view,” he said. “But I’m not here to legislate religion.”
“Bishops attacking Governor Cuomo,” chuckled Cuomo. “Let’s pull that headline up from about 30 years ago.”
“The law has come under fire by devout Catholics and religious leaders, who call it draconian and inhumane. Some Catholic leaders have called on Cuomo to be excommunicated for championing the law,” writes Fox News.

CORTEZ CONFUSION: Ocasio-Cortez Says Dems Will ‘Pack Supreme Court’ After Midterms
Socialist superstar Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez continued to baffle voters across New York in recent days; bizarrely suggesting Democrats will be able to “pack the Supreme Court” should they retake control of Congress this November.
Cortez reportedly made her comments October 1st after a screening of Michael Moore’s new movie ‘Fahrenheit 11/9.’
“If in a few months from now the Supreme Court … looks like a court that would overturn Roe [v. Wade] and make the President above the rule of law, what is to be done?” asked a member of the audience.
“I think we take back the House. We take back the Senate. We take back the presidency, and we pack the Supreme Court of the United States of America,” suggested Cortez.
