Speaking during his opening monologue from Las Vegas Thursday night, Hannity weighed-in on the left’s response to allegations of sexual misconduct against Judge Brett Kavanaugh; saying Democrats have already convicted the potential justice “just by an accusation.”
“These allegations must be taken seriously; her story deserves to be told. Republicans, President Trump, they’ve been treating this situation with the seriousness it deserves… They’ve re-opened the hearings, they’ve invited the professor to speak before Congress,” said Sean.
“Democrats don’t seem to care. They’ve thrown a principle we hold so dear -the presumption of innocence- out the window. They’ve already convicted Kavanaugh based on one allegation. According to them, Kavanaugh is guilty just by an accusation. This is dangerous for every American,” he added.

BREAKING: Attorney for Kavanaugh Accuser Says Client Willing to TESTIFY… But Not Monday
The attorney for Christine Ford officially responded to Sen. Chuck Grassley’s office Thursday, saying her client is willing to testify before Congress but needs more time to ensure her security and safety.
According to Fox News, Ford’s legal team sent a letter to Grassley’s office confirming her willingness to address her allegations of sexual misconduct against Judge Brett Kavanaugh; asking the Senator to provide “terms that are fair and which ensure her safety.”
“As you are aware, she has been receiving death threats, which have been reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and she and her family have been forced out of their home,” the email states. “She wishes to testify, provided that we can agree on terms that are fair and which ensure her safety.”

UPDATE: Kavanaugh Accuser Demands FBI Investigation Before She Testifies
The confirmation process of President Trump’s pick to join the US Supreme Court took a dramatic turn Tuesday evening, when Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser requested a complete investigation by the FBI before speaking with Congressional leaders.
According to the Associated Press, the lawyer for Christine Blasey Ford confirmed the professor would likely not attend Monday’s scheduled hearing surrounding her allegations of sexual misconduct by Kavanaugh approximately 36 years ago.
An FBI probe “should be the first step in addressing the allegations,” said Ford’s attorney.
GOP Senator Bob Corker pushed back against the request, saying “If we don’t hear from both sides on Monday, let’s vote.”
After learning of the allegation, Chairman @ChuckGrassley took immediate action to ensure both Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh have the opportunity to be heard, in public or private. Republicans extended a hand in good faith. If we don’t hear from both sides on Monday, let’s vote.

“It is imperative the Judiciary committee move forward on the Kavanaugh nomination and a committee vote be taken ASAP,” added Sen. Lindsey Graham.
