Authorities in Florida confirmed Monday the arrest of a previously deported illegal immigrant on charges of “sexual battery” against a 16-year-old girl.
According to Fox News, “31-year-old Jesus Ramirez-Velasco was arrested Saturday and admitted having sex with the girl at least 20 times since December of last year.”
Ramirez-Velasco told authorities the teenager “requested” the relationship knowing it was illegal.
“A crime such as this against a child is heinous,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. “To blame the victim for his behavior is appalling.”
Velasco was previously arrested by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency in 2008 and was deported to Mexico.
Authorities are unclear on when and how he re-entered the United States.

IMMIGRATION INSANITY: New York AG Candidate Vows to ‘PROSECUTE’ ICE for ‘Abuse’
New York Attorney General candidate Zephyr Teachout vowed to “prosecute” the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency this week; adding she would abolish the “criminal” department should she be elected.
The potential AG ripped the agency in a newly released video on social media Wednesday, saying the department was “born out of xenophobia” in the aftermath of the September 11th terrorist attacks.

“The idea that we can call this ‘law enforcement’ is a real offense to the idea of law itself,” Teachout said.
“ICE has to be abolished. And I say that as somebody who is running for one of the top law enforcement jobs in the country,” she added. “I think it’s critical that law enforcement speak out and say this is a tool of cruelty, unconstitutional behavior, illegality.”
IMMIGRATION INSANITY: ‘ISIS FIGHTER’ Arrested in US Applied for ‘REFUGEE STATUS’ in 2014
The recently arrested ISIS fighter in Sacramento, California arrived in the United States in November 2014 and applied for refugee status; despite being accused of murder in Iraq just weeks before, court documents reveal.
According to the Daily Caller, 45-year-old Omar Ameen traveled to the United States after reportedly murdering an Iraqi police officer under orders from the Islamic State.
The suspect immediately applied for “refugee status” upon his arrival.
“On his written I-485 application to adjust status, and also in the interview, when asked ‘Have you EVER ordered, or called for, or assisted with the killing of any person?’ Ameen answered ‘no.’ When asked ‘Have you ever committed the killing of any person?’ Ameen answered ‘no.’ In actuality, on or about June 22, 2014, Ameen is alleged to have killed Ihsan in collaboration with other members of ISIS,” says official documents.
Ameen was arrested Wednesday in the California capital after Iraqi officials requested local authorities detain the murder-suspect.
