MUELLER’S EXCUSES: The Special Counsel FILES A COMPLAINT Against Manafort Judge

posted by Hannity Staff - 8.09.18

Special counsel Robert Mueller filed a formal complaint against the judge presiding over Paul Manafort’s tax fraud case this week; claiming T.S. Ellis III violated protocol while ruling against the prosecution’s star witness.

According to Politico, Mueller’s team is increasingly frustrated with the “cranky judge” who has rebuked the special counsel’s office on multiple occasions.

“[T]he judge’s condescending attitude [could give] the jury the impression that the prosecution’s case is dubious,” said a former US Deputy Solicitor General. “This is an especially severe risk when the core of the case is the testimony of a co-conspirator who is admittedly a thief, liar, and embezzler. When the standard of proof is ‘beyond a reasonable doubt,’ there is no margin for error.”

“On Wednesday, Ellis was at it again, dressing down prosecutors after learning that an IRS agent they called to the stand as an expert witness had been in the courtroom for the entire trial,” writes Politico.

“I don’t care what the transcript says, maybe I made a mistake,” Ellis fumed. “When I exclude witnesses I mean everybody, unless I make a special exception.”

Mueller's Attorney VISITED CLINTONS on Election Night

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.08.17

A senior attorney on special counsel Robert Mueller’s legal team has even more connections to the Clinton campaign than previously thought; attending Hillary’s election night soiree in New York City along with other senior aides, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Andrew Weissmann, described by the New York Times as Mueller’s “pit-bull,” allegedly attended the Clinton Campaign’s supposed victory party last November.

“Mr. Weissmann also attended Hillary Clinton’s election-night party at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York, according to people familiar with his attendance,” writes the Journal.

Earlier this week, government watchdog agency Judicial Watch released an email exchange between the attorney and acting Attorney General Sally Yates, praising her decision to rebuke President Trump’s initial travel ban.

“I am so proud. And in awe. Thank you so much. All my deepest respects,” he wrote in late January.

Weissmann’s anti-Trump bias, along with other senior officials scattered throughout the special counsel’s office, raises serious ethical and legal questions over Mueller’s probe into Russia-Trump collusion in the 2016 election.

On Thursday, the Wall Street Journal urged Robert Mueller to step-down from his position, citing a host of conflicts of interest and the recent revelations regarding anti-Trump political bias throughout the investigation.

COLLUSION COLLAPSE: Mueller Says Russian MEDDLING BEGAN Before Trump’s Candidacy

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.16.18

The left-wing conspiracy theory that the Trump campaign “colluded” with Russian officials ahead of the 2016 presidential campaign continued to crash and burn Friday, with Robert Mueller’s indictment showing the foreign nationals began meddling in US politics one year before Donald Trump announced his run for office.

The bombshell indictment of 13 Russian nationals and three foreign “entities” shocked the nation’s capital Friday afternoon, with Mueller’s probe saying the interference began back in 2014 when the Russian-backed “Internet Research Agency” began spreading misinformation on social media.

“According to the indictment, the Internet Research Agency, a Russian troll farm, started interfering as early as 2014 in U.S. politics, extending to the 2016 presidential election,” writes the Chicago Tribune. “The defendants, ‘posing as U.S. persons and creating false U.S. personas,’ operated social media groups designed to attract U.S. audiences by stealing U.S. identities and falsely claiming to be U.S. activists.”

The explosive indictment also says the Russian actors contacted “unwitting” members of the Trump campaign, concealing their nationality in an attempt to sow chaos ahead of the 2016 election.
