A plurality of Democrats think a shift towards “socialism” would be a “good thing” for the United States; highlighting the liberal lurch for the party heading into the 2020 presidential election.
“The poll asked voters if it would be a ‘good thing or a bad thing for the United States to move away from capitalism and more toward socialism.’ Forty percent of Democrats said it would be a good thing, while only 34 percent said it would be a bad thing,” writes Fox News.
“Among all voters polled, 54 percent said a move toward socialism would be bad, with only 24 percent saying it would be good. Republicans were more united against the shift, with 80 percent saying socialism would be a bad move, and eight percent saying it would be good,” adds the survey.

SOCIALISM USA! Bernie Calls for ‘Political Revolution’ Against ‘Fossil Fuel Billionaires’
Vermont Senator and potential 2020 candidate Bernie Sanders set his sights on “fossil fuel billionaires” Monday; saying the United States needs a “political revolution” to turn the country towards “clean energy.”
Sanders posted his incendiary comments on social media this week; slamming President Trump’s tax cuts as an outright “lie” to middle class Americans.
“During Trump’s campaign, he repeatedly promised the American people that ‘the rich would not gain at all’ from his tax plan. He said it would provide a ‘big-league tax cut for the middle class.’ He lied. It’s time for an economy that works for all of us, not just the rich,” Sanders tweeted.

SOCIALISM USA! Bill de Blasio Says ‘Plenty of Money’ in the World, It’s ‘Just in the Wrong Hands’
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio slammed the current economic model in New York City and the world-at-large during a recent speech; bizarrely claiming there’s “plenty of money,” it’s just not properly distributed.
The Big Apple Democrat was speaking at his State of the City address when he made the stunning admission; vowing to redistribute the wealth throughout the nation’s largest metropolis.
"There’s plenty of money in the world. Plenty of money in this city," Mayor de Blasio said. "It’s just in the wrong hands!"
He said his proposals — such as requiring paid vacation for most private-sector employees — are a model for the Democratic Party. https://t.co/DrRzToXe4Z
