PRESIDENT TRUMP: The Wall WILL be Built ‘One Way or Another’

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.01.19

President Trump doubled-down on his push to build a physical barrier along the US-Mexico border Friday; telling reporters his signature campaign promise will be built “one way or another.”

The Commander-in-Chief was speaking with journalists at the White House when he raised serious doubts over the ability of congressional leaders to pass a bipartisan budget; saying “I don’t think anything is going to happen.”

“We’re building a lot of wall right now as we speak, and we’re renovating a lot of wall, and we’re getting ready to give out some very big contracts with money that we have on hand and money that comes in. […] But we will be looking at a national emergency, because I don’t think anything is going to happen,” Trump said.

“I would say we will have 115 miles of wall, maybe a little more than that, very shortly. It’s being built, some of it’s already been completed, in San Diego, if you look, it’s been completed,” Trump said. “It’s getting built one way or another.”

BORDER WALL NOW: Tell Congress to Fully Fund President Trump’s BORDER WALL Now

posted by Hannity Staff - 1.04.19

Congressional Democrats refused to budge on national security and the President’s proposed border wall this week; digging-in as countless Americans demand left-wing legislators take action and secure the United States’ southern border with Mexico.

“President Donald Trump is fighting to build a wall to keep us safe, but Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi are standing in the way. Enough with the partisan games. It’s time for Congress to do its job to protect our communities and support our law enforcement,” writes Border Wall Now, a group that recently launched an online petition demanding action from our lawmakers.

“Please support President Trump’s effort to fund the wall by signing the national ‘Border Wall Now’ petition. If we want to stop the Democrats from playing politics instead of protecting Americans, we need to build a grassroots army that sends them a message,” writes the organization.

BORDER BREACHED: Central American Migrants ‘Trickling’ into the United States from Tijuana

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.10.18

A “steady trickle” of Central American immigrants traveling with the ‘migrant caravan’ are slowly entering the United States illegally across the southern border; eventually turning themselves over to federal agents rather than wait for months in Mexico.

According to the Associated Press, “A steady trickle of Central American migrants have been finding ways to climb over, tunnel under or slip through the U.S. border wall to plant their feet on U.S. soil and ask for asylum.”

The migrants breached the US-Mexico border with the hopes of avoiding months of wait times as thousands apply for asylum at American Port of Entry across the region.

“But by word of mouth, some have realized they can simply cross into U.S. territory, largely uninhibited by Mexican authorities. In twos or threes — occasionally by the dozen — they arrive at the border wall and manage to get over. Often within minutes, border officers quickly arrive to escort them to detention centers and begin ‘credible fear” interviews,’ adds the AP.

The revelation comes just days after Sen. Ted Cruz introduced legislation that would allocate upwards of $25 billion for President Trump’s signature campaign promise: The border wall.
