White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders unloaded on the press pool during her daily briefing Wednesday, telling reporters to “slow down” and stop “going after” the Trump administration for “every single thing that takes place.”
Sanders was speaking with journalists at the White House when she called-out the mainstream media for their hysterical coverage of the Trump administration; pointing out that some reporters falsely claimed a “Russian spy” was secretly meeting with cabinet officials.

“I think this shows, frankly, the outrageousness and the desire to find the negative in everything this President does… Just because someone was simply red-headed they were accused of being some spy for Russia,” said Sanders.
“This has gotten totally out of control. You guys need to take a little bit of a step back, slow down and quit going after the Trump administration on every single thing that takes place,” she added.

SANDERS SMACKDOWN: Huckabee Sanders EDUCATES CNN’S Jim Acosta Over ‘COURAGE’
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders called out CNN’s Jim Acosta on social media Monday evening, just hours after the reporter accused the Trump aide of intentionally ignoring his network due to their lack of “courage.”
Sparks flew between the two during the daily White House press briefing; with Acosta breathlessly asking his questions as Huckabee Sanders wrapped up the event and left the podium.
“Third press briefing in a row that @PressSec did not take a question from CNN. #courage” wrote Acosta on twitter.

The Press Secretary educated the CNN correspondent hours later, saying “Courage isn’t taking ‘a question from CNN,’ Jim. Courage is combat veterans Sgt. Peck and Staff Sgt. Dwyer – the two heroes at the briefing. #itsnotaboutyou.”

SARAH SMACKDOWN: Huckabee Sanders EDUCATES Jim Acosta On ‘FREE PRESS’
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders unloaded on CNN’s Jim Acosta this week; blasting the correspondent over the responsibilities of a “fair and free press.”
“Are you trying to say that this administration is the champion of a free press?” asked the White House correspondent.
“As I stated a moment ago, we support a free press, but we also support a fair press. I think those things should go hand in hand and there’s a certain responsibility by the press to report accurate information,” fired-back Sanders.
“Is there a responsibility on the part of the President?” interrupted Acosta.
“I think a number of people in this room do that every single day. They do their very best to provide fair and accurate information,” she added.
