The New York Republican Party torched Governor Andrew Cuomo Friday afternoon, hilariously purchasing the liberal leader a one-way rail ticket to Canada after he said America “was never really that great.”
The NY GOP published an image of the ticket on its official social media account, saying “Chip in for a one-way ticket to Canada for @andrewcuomo . Donate here!”

“Love it or leave it; that’s your choice, Mr. Cuomo,” said New York GOP spokeswoman Jessica Proud. “If you don’t think America was ever great – if you don’t appreciate the extraordinary gifts your own family got from her – then there’s a bus ticket to Canada waiting for you. But if you truly believe in America, stay here and apologize to New York school children and their parents, and all Americans, for advancing the ‘hate America’ narrative being pushed by the radical left of the Democratic Party.”

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo walked-back his recent incendiary comments about America’s “greatness” Thursday; clarifying a recent statement after the left-wing leader came under fire from both sides of the political aisle.
Cuomo was speaking at an event in New York this week when he abruptly declared “America was never that great,” citing inequality for women and other minorities living in the United States.
The Governor’s office released a statement clarifying his message Thursday morning, saying “The Governor believes America is great and that her full greatness will be fully realized when every man, woman, and child has full equality.”
“When the President speaks about making America great again – going back in time – he ignores the pain so many endured and that we suffered from slavery, discrimination, segregation, sexism and marginalized women’s contributions,” adds the statement.

NASTY IN NEW YORK: Gov. Cuomo Says America ‘WAS NEVER THAT GREAT,' Stuns Audience
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo found himself in hot water Wednesday; coming under-fire from critics after he viciously claimed the United States of America “was never that great” and severely discriminates against women and minorities.
“We’re not going to make America great again. It was never that great,” Cuomo said to a shocked audience in New York.
“We have not reached greatness, we will reach greatness when every American is fully engaged, we will reach greatness when discrimination and stereotyping against women, 51 percent of our population, is gone and every woman’s full potential is realized and unleashed and every woman is making her full contribution,” he added.
