4:05 PM ET – Carter Page, has been at the center of the Russia investigation for over a year, and joins the show in person today to discuss the truth; and not the fiction as told by the mainstream media.

FBI surveillance of former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page cost him business, income and even his girlfriend.

Page tells The Post that during the media barrage he faced in late 2016, he visited his girlfriend at her London flat, where she was “freaking out with the fake news about me.”

“Talking with her later in the evening after dinner, she told me that she didn’t want me staying there anymore, and that our relationship was over.

“So late that night,” Page continued, “I booked a last-minute hotel reservation as part of this early chapter of the redefinition of my life.”

Page believes the FBI’s mole, professor Stefan Halper, was secretly spying on him as part of a “politically motivated” investigation of Team Trump, using fake sympathy to gain his trust — all while fishing for dirt on Page’s ties to Russia, where he’d worked as an energy consultant.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out to be a trap,” Page said. (h/t NY Post)

4:30 PM ET – Sara Carter, Fox News Contributor and Investigative Reporter, joins Carter Page and Sean to take a closer look at the developments in the ‘investigations’ into President Trump. Sara’s story from Memorial Day weekend highlights the disservice done to one such victim of these investigations, General Flynn:

FBI Special Agent Joe Pientka, if subpoenaed, will provide testimony regarding the circumstances surrounding his interview with former National Security Advisor Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, sources with knowledge have been telling this reporter for more than a year.

And recent reports scattered across social media and some news outlets claiming that Pientka’s testimony will bring down former FBI Director James Comey, are not true. For nearly a year, I have reported that Pientka, who at the time I addressed as the second agent in the interview with Flynn, would testify if subpoenaed. But so far Pientka, has not been subpoenaed for his testimony. Pientka and embattled FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok, interviewed Flynn on Jan. 24, 2017 about his conversation with former Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, as first reported here.

Pientka, who has never spoken to a journalist, according to several sources with knowledge, is expected to speak to members of the Senate Judiciary Committee if subpoenaed to discuss the circumstances regarding his role in the investigation into Flynn and the interview that he was a part of at the White House. Highly classified information regarding Flynn’s conversation with Kislyak was leaked to columnist David Ignatius of the Washington Post in January 2017 which spurred the controversy around Flynn and eventually led to his firing in February, 2017.

5:05 PM ET – Kerry Picket, Investigative Reporter for the Daily Caller, has another story out today on the FBI and Senator Grassley’s whistleblower law which is not doing enough to protect agents willing to come out and speak the truth:

Sources tell The Daily Caller disgruntled FBI agents are too afraid of retaliation to speak out about the Bureau’s many troubles.

The sources say agents don’t trust Congress to protect them from the consequences of testifying and claim whistleblower protection laws are ineffective.

The FBI rarely punishes those who retaliate against whistleblowers, according to the agency itself.

Sen. Grassley’s law does an appropriate job at protecting whistleblowers from unfair prosecution, but it is not prosecution that prevents agents from stepping forward—it is the possibility of going bankrupt from attorneys’ fees when defending themselves against retaliatory legal actions by their agency.

For example, an FBI agent who came forward as a government whistleblower in 2013 told TheDC he experienced “personal humiliation, stress-related illnesses, and a huge financial loss, requiring my wife (who had undergone two cancer surgeries) to go to work so we could make ends meet.”

5:30 PM ET – Senator, and Doctor, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana has some ideas about making healthcare great again, and is proposing them today to his colleagues in the Senate.

U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA), a member of the Senate health and finance committees, released the following statement and white paper containing new ideas to improve the U.S. health care system and lower costs for families and patients:

“Families and patients have seen their health insurance premiums and the cost of care go up year after year. It’s unaffordable and unsustainable, and things aren’t going to get better until we change our broken system,” said Dr. Cassidy. “I’m focused on lowering health care costs, because we have to make health care affordable again. That’s what these ideas I’m outlining are intended to do.”

Dr. Cassidy’s ideas to make health care affordable again are focused on:

Empowering Patients to Reduce Their Health Costs
Lowering Health Insurance Premiums
Ending Health Care Monopolies by Increasing Competition
Decreasing Drugs Costs for Patients
Eliminating Administrative Burdens and Costs
Reducing Costs through Primary Care, Prevention, and Chronic Disease Management
