THAT WAS FAST: Conor Lamb Says IT'S TIME for Nancy Pelosi TO GO

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.14.18

Before the election results are even official, possible future Democratic Congressman Conor Lamb is urging House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi to step down from her post; saying he would support “anyone” running against the former Speaker of the House in an upcoming leadership vote.

Lamb was speaking with MSNBC News just hours after he declared victory in the still too-close-to-call Pennsylvania special election when he was asked to comment on Pelosi’s future.

“You’ve made the case on the campaign trail over the last several months that there needs to be new leadership in Washington at the top of both parties,” said MSNBC’s Willie Geist. “When you arrive in Washington -assuming you win this election- do you think Nancy Pelosi should go?”

“I don’t know if we’re there yet. My understanding is there wouldn’t be a leadership vote this year; and we’ve got a couple of elections to go before we get there,” said Lamb.

“However, yes. I have said that I think we need new leadership at the top of both parties in the House. So, I would like to see someone besides Nancy Pelosi run, and that’s who I would support,” he added.

NAIL-BITER: Pennsylvania SPECIAL ELECTION Still Too Close to Call

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.14.18

Hours after the polls closed in Pennsylvania’s congressional special election the race remains too close to call; with Democrat Conor Lamb ahead of Republican Rick Saccone by just 641 votes out of over 220,000 votes cast.

Despite the razor-thin margin, the Democratic hopeful declared victory late Tuesday night, telling a packed audience the results “took a little longer than we thought.”

“It took a little longer than we thought,” said Lamb, a former marine. “We followed what I learned in the Marines – leave no one behind. We went everywhere; we talked to everyone; we invited everyone in.”

‘Not so fast,’ say Pennsylvania Republicans.

The GOP candidate has not yet conceded; claiming a recount may be needed and every absentee ballot counted before a winner can be officially declared.

“This race is too close to call and we’re ready to ensure that every legal vote is counted,” National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman Matt Gorman said Tuesday evening. “Once they are, we’re confident Rick Saccone will be the newest Republican member of Congress.”

ARMAGEDDON AGAIN: Pelosi Warns of a ‘CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS’ Over FISA Memo

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.02.18

Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi continued her all-out war against the House Intelligence Committee and President Trump Friday afternoon, telling reporters the President will spark a “constitutional crisis” should he use the recently released FISA memo to fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Pelosi addressed reporters just hours after Congressional leaders publicly disclosed the four-page document; showing the debunked ‘Trump Dossier’ was used by the FBI and DOJ to secure FISA warrants to spy on “at least one” senior Trump aide.

“With the memo… [Trump] has abdicated his responsibilities as Commander-in Chief to protect the American people by protecting our intelligence sources and the rest,” Pelosi told CBS News.

“If the President uses this fake, horrible release of distorted intelligence as an excuse to fire [Deputy Attorney General Rod] Rosenstein or [special counsel Robert] Mueller, it could lead to a constitutional crisis.”

The House Minority Leader’s fiery rhetoric comes on the heels of her official statement regarding the memo, where she bizarrely referred to the de-classified material as a “bouquet” from President Trump to Vladimir Putin.
