THE 'HILLARY' SOLUTION: Liberal States Rally to BYPASS Electoral College in 2020

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.10.18

Liberal state governments are looking for a quick bypass to circumvent the United States Electoral College; forging a “pact” that would demand each state deliver their delegates to the winner of the national popular vote.

According to Fox News, Connecticut became the latest state to voice its support for the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, an agreement that would automatically cast their electoral votes to the most popular candidate.

If the states are successful in enacting the policy, the “emergency bypass” would likely face years of court challenges and legal problems.

“In theory, the game-changing compact would take effect once it signs on states representing at least 270 electoral votes, the threshold to win the presidency. With the expected addition of Connecticut’s seven electoral votes, the group now has 172,” writes Fox.

“The National Popular Vote Compact will ensure an equal vote for every American citizen, regardless of which state they happen to live in,” said Democratic Gov. Malloy of Connecticut.

Other states who have joined the pact include California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

ANOTHER EXCUSE: Politico Blames Hillary's ELECTION DISASTER On... Local Newspapers?

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.09.18

Online magazine Politico achieved the impossible this weekend, finding a completely new excuse for Hillary Clinton’s surprise defeat to Donald Trump in November 2016; this time blaming “newspaper subscriptions” for the electoral landslide.

Politico published an article Sunday titled, “Trump thrives in areas that lack traditional news outlets,” suggesting the President was able to “Swamp Clinton” in areas that had low subscription rates to local newspapers.

The data suggests those voters relied on national news outlets and social media for information instead of more traditional media outlets such as newspapers and local television reports.

“President Donald Trump’s attacks on the mainstream media may be rooted in statistical reality: An extensive review of subscription data and election results shows that Trump outperformed the previous Republican nominee, Mitt Romney, in counties with the lowest numbers of news subscribers, but didn’t do nearly as well in areas with heavier circulation,” writes the author.

“The results show a clear correlation between low subscription rates and Trump’s success in the 2016 election, both against Hillary Clinton and when compared to Romney in 2012,” adds the article.

CLINTON DELUSION: Hillary Blames SOCIAL MEDIA for 2016 Election Disaster

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.27.18

Twice-failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton found yet another excuse for her dramatic defeat to Donald Trump in 2016; this time blaming “social media platforms” for her electoral disaster over one year ago.

The former Secretary of State issued her ironic warning on “social media platform” Twitter, saying “We should all care about how social media platforms play a part in our democratic process.”

“Because unless it’s addressed it will happen again. The midterms are in 8 months. We owe it to our democracy to get this right, and fast,” she added.

Clinton’s warning comes as the GOP and President Trump enjoy high approval ratings heading into the 2018 midterm elections; erasing Democratic gains after the ‘Schumer Shutdown’ and the widely popular Republican-sponsored tax cuts.
