The President CALLS OUT Obama, Clinton on Israel

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.08.17

President Donald Trump posted a historic video on social media Friday morning, calling-out his predecessors for hypocritically recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital but refusing to relocate the American embassy to the holy city.

The compilation clip shows Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama all referring to Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and even pledging to relocate the US Ambassador to the ancient city; with Trump writing, “I fulfilled my campaign promise –others didn’t!”

President Trump made history on Wednesday, fulfilling two-decades worth of American promises to officially recognize Jerusalem as the “capital of Israel” and relocate the US embassy from Tel Aviv.

“After more than two decades of waivers, we are no closer to a lasting peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians,” Trump told the nation this week. “It would be folly to assume that repeating the exact same formula would now produce a different or better result.”

“Therefore, I have determined that it is time to officially recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. While previous presidents have made this a major campaign promise, they failed to deliver. Today, I am delivering,” he added.

PROMISE KEPT: Trump Recognizes JERUSALEM as Israeli Capital

President Donald Trump made history and fundamentally changed American foreign policy in the Middle East on Wednesday, officially recognizing Jerusalem as the “capital of Israel,” and announcing his decision to relocate the American embassy from Tel Aviv to the holy city.

“After more than two decades of waivers, we are no closer to a lasting peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians. It would be folly to assume that repeating the exact same formula would now produce a different or better result,” said the President.

“I have determined that it is time to officially recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. While previous Presidents have made this a campaign promise, they failed to deliver. Today I am delivering,” he added.

“I’ve judged this course of action to be in the best interest of the United States of America, and the pursuit of peace between Israel and the Palestinians. This is a long overdue step to advance the peace process and to work towards a lasting agreement,” said Trump. “Israel is a sovereign nation with the right, like every other sovereign nation, to determine its own capital.”

SEE YA: US Walks Away from UN Agency over 'Anti-Israel' Bias

posted by Hannity Staff - 11.03.17

American officials have confirmed that the United States will be pulling out of a key UN cultural agency after multiple complaints that the organization’s resolutions contained an ‘anti-Israel’ bias, reports Fox News.

The United States officially stopped funding the UN Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization, commonly referred to as UNESCO, back in 2011 after the group admitted Palestine as a full-voting member state, but retained a permanent office at the agency’s Paris headquarters.

On Thursday, American officials confirmed the US would be withdrawing from the organization entirely, citing entrenched, anti-Israel bias throughout the cultural agency; where Arab and Muslim nations have far greater numbers than Israel, the United States, and other allies.

“This decision was not taken lightly, and reflects US concerns with mounting arrears at Unesco, the need for fundamental reform in the organization, and continuing anti-Israel bias at Unesco,” read a statement from the State Department, adding the US will, “remain engaged […] as a non-member observer state in order to contribute US views, perspectives and expertise.”

UNESCO is the organization behind the ‘World Heritage Program,’ the agency aimed at protecting and preserving culturally and historically significant sites throughout the world; including the Grand Canyon in the United States and Machu Picchu in Peru.
