Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will likely miss one more week at the United States Supreme Court as she continues to recover at her home from lung surgery late last year, reports Fox News.

“Justice Ginsburg will continue to work from home next week and will participate in the consideration and decision of the cases on the basis of the briefs and the transcripts of oral arguments. Her recovery from surgery is on track,” read a statement from a Supreme Court spokesperson.

“Post-surgery evaluation indicates no evidence of remaining disease, and no further treatment is required,” she added.

The 85-year-old judge made national headlines this week when she missed oral arguments for the first time in her 25 years on the nation’s highest court.
