REPORT: Clinton Campaign Still Shelling Out Big Bucks to Top Staffers

posted by Hannity Staff - 7.10.17

Hillary Clinton’s doomed presidential campaign is still shelling out big bucks to senior aides after her failed run for the White House; paying-out nearly $65,000 to Huma Abedin since her stunning loss to President Trump last November.

According to Fox News, newly released records from the Federal Election Commission show Hillary For America, the official title of Clinton’s campaign committee, paying Abedin $64,415.10 since last fall.

Other top Clinton aides are also on Hillary’s payroll, including former Press Secretary Nick Merrill.

The filings show the former Secretary of State funneling over $800,000 from her campaign coffers to ‘Onward Together,’ Clinton’s “resistance” organization aimed to elect liberal democrats and derail President Trump’s legislative agenda.

The failed democratic candidate is back in the spotlight in recent days, launching her new memoir in September and hitting the campaign trail for fellow democrats later this year.

Party leaders and other legislators have openly called on Hillary to shun the spotlight, saying she should “move on” from the 2016 election.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is echoing calls for Clinton to stop speaking publicly over her failed presidential bid, telling the failed nominee to “blame yourself.”

“When you lose to somebody who has 40% popularity, you don’t blame other things — Comey, Russia — you blame yourself,” said Schumer.
