UNHINGED HILLARY: I'm the 'Paula Revere' of Russian Collusion in 2016

posted by Hannity Staff - 9.20.17

Hillary Clinton took her excuses tour to Late Night TV on Tuesday, where she referred to herself as the “Paula Revere” of Russian collusion; sounding the alarm on the Kremlin’s influence in the 2016 presidential election.

The former democratic nominee stopped by the CBS “Late Show” Tuesday evening, promoting her new book and blaming a host of outside factors for her surprise November defeat to Donald Trump.

“It wasn’t easy writing this book,” Clinton said. “Trying to come to grips -as I write in the book- everything from sexism and misogyny to voter suppression, to the unusual behavior of the former director of the FBI and the Russians.”

“I believe so strongly that they think they succeeded in messing with our democracy and I just can’t abide that,” said Clinton.

“Do you think that they succeeded?” asked host Stephen Colbert.

“Yes, I do. Influencing voters and therefor influencing opinion. I think it’s becoming clearer and clearer. I don’t know what the Congressional investigation, the special counsel investigation is going to find, I’m going to wait for that,” she added. “I don’t think anybody can with a straight-face say that the Russians did not set out to influence our election, and they did so.”

“I am saying as clearly as I can, I feel like I’m a bit of a ‘Paula Revere,’ I’m trying to sound the alarm on this,” said Hillary. “Putin really doesn’t like democracy, he thinks it’s an inconvenient, messy process and he doesn’t like us. He wants to destabilize our country, sow doubt about our democracy.”
