Hillary Clinton continued her unhinged book tour this week, saying that President Trump “doesn’t value democracy” and hoping the Commander-in-Chief hasn’t yet ordered the “killing of people and journalists” around the country.
The former Secretary of State was speaking with CBS News’ Charlie Rose when she made the stunning statement, directly comparing President Trump with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
“I don’t think he really values Democracy,” said Clinton.
“He doesn’t value democracy?” asked Rose.
“No, I don’t,” she said. “No, he’s not. He’s a top-down guy.”
“He’s an authoritarian? So, he’s no different from Putin?” pressed Rose.
“He has tendencies towards authoritarianism. Hopefully he hasn’t ordered the killing of people and journalists and the like,” said Hillary.
Clinton’s recent book tour kicked-off a media firestorm this week, after the doomed presidential candidate lashed-out at a variety of external factors she believes robbed her of the White House, including: Russia, the FBI, James Comey, Bernie Sanders, the DNC, Facebook, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, sexism, racism, the weather, and most recently Rudy Giuliani.
