ROCKET MAN: South Korea Warns KIM PREPPING MISSILE Launch for Trump's Visit

posted by Hannity Staff - 8.02.17

South Korean officials believe North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un is prepping another missile launch to coincide with President Trump’s visit to the region; saying they’ve detected renewed activity at the communist nation’s premier research facilities in recent days.

According to the New York Post, the South Korean Intelligence Service says Kim’s regime is rapidly preparing a launch at its Pyongyang missile research facility, the same site of the nation’s most recent tests.

“There is a possibility of a new missile launch given the active movement of vehicles around the missile research institute in Pyongyang. The North will constantly push for further nuclear tests going forward, and the miniaturization and diversification of warheads,” said a spokesperson for the intel agency.

The threat comes just days before President Trump is set to visit the region, making stops in Japan and South Korea. The White House announced this week that the President will not be touring the de-militarized zone between North and South Korea.

“The President is not going to visit the DMZ,” said an administration official. “There is not enough time in the schedule.”
