SEE YA: NYC District Attorney to Seek WEINSTEIN RAPE Indictment Next Week

posted by Hannity Staff - 10.01.17

Disgraced Hollywood big-shot Harvey Weinstein is set to be formally indicted on rape charges as early as next week, with NYPD detectives quietly filing paperwork with the Manhattan District Attorney as law enforcement prepare to snatch the executive from his Arizona rehabilitation center.

According to the New York Post, District Attorney Cy Vance and the New York Police Department’s Chief of Detectives have “been sharing information,” and the next step may be issuing an arrest warrant for the studio mogul to face charges back in New York City.

The case is centered around two incidents in 2010, when Weinstein allegedly raped actress Paz de la Huerta. The HBO actress is one of dozens of women who have come forward after the New Yorker published a bombshell exposé, detailing decades of abuse by Weinstein throughout the entertainment industry.

“I did say no, and when he was on top of me I said, ‘I don’t want to do this.’ He kept humping me and it was disgusting. He’s like a pig … He raped me,” De la Huerta told Vanity Fair.

The initial allegations against Weinstein opened the flood-gates of reports of sexual misconduct in Hollywood, most recently prompting ‘House of Cards’ actor Kevin Spacey to “seek treatment” after multiple individuals came forward accusing him of “unwanted” harassment.
