BREAKING: NY Times WH Reporter SUSPENDED After Sex Accusations

posted by Hannity Staff - 11.20.17

The New York Times announced on Monday that it’s suspending its well-known White House correspondent Glenn Thrush after multiple women came forward with allegations of sexual misbehavior; saying he will be removed from his post pending a full investigation.

In a bombshell exposé published by Vox, the media outlet released an “incriminating” text message exchange regarding Thrush and a 23-year old female reporter.

According to the report, Thrush had acted so aggressively towards the journalist that an acquaintance contacted the Times’ reporter to discuss his behavior.

“I want to make sure you don’t lure young women aspiring journalists into those situations ever again,” she texted. “So help me out here. How can I do that?”

“I don’t lure anybody ever,” he responded. “I got drunk because I got some s***** health news. And I am acutely aware of the hurdles that young women face in this business and have spent the better part of 20 years advocating for women journalists.”

The Times confirmed the suspension, saying, “The behavior attributed to Glenn in this Vox story is very concerning and not in keeping with the standards and values of The New York Times.”

“We intend to fully investigate and while we do, Glenn will be suspended,” added the statement.
