BREAKING: Hope Hicks RESIGNS as White House Communications Director

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.28.18

White House Communications Director Hope Hicks announced her resignation Wednesday afternoon, ending the 29-year old’s tenure as one of President Trump’s longest-serving staffers.

According to the New York Times, Hicks -who joined President Trump’s campaign in 2016- has considered leaving the post for months, telling colleagues “she had accomplished what she felt she could with a job that made her one of the most powerful people in Washington, and that there would never be a perfect moment to leave.”

The news comes less than 24 hours after she was questioned on Capitol Hill by the House Intelligence Committee over their investigation into allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential race.

“Hope is outstanding and has done great work for the last three years,” said a statement from President Trump.

“She is as smart and thoughtful as they come, a truly great person,” he added. “I will miss having her by my side but when she approached me about pursuing other opportunities, I totally understood. I am sure we will work together again in the future.”

“She became a trusted adviser and counselor and did a tremendous job overseeing the communications for the president’s agenda including the passage of historic tax reform,” added White House Chief of Staff John Kelly. “She has served her country with great distinction. To say that she will be missed, is an understatement.”

ADAM’S ADMISSION: Schiff Memo ACTUALLY CONFIRMS FBI’s Misuse of ‘Trump Dossier’

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.26.18

Ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff released his highly-anticipated “rebuttal” to Rep. Devin Nunes’ bombshell FISA report over the weekend; inadvertently confirming the FBI’s use of the ‘Trump Dossier’ to obtain surveillance warrants.

According to former assistant US attorney Andrew McCarthy, Schiff’s report details the bureau’s use of Christopher Steele’s shady dossier to obtain FISA warrants against the Trump campaign, saying the Democrat “rebuttal” shows the “FBI and Justice Department heavily relied on the Steel Dossier’s uncorroborated allegations.”

“You know this is true because, notwithstanding the claim that ‘only narrow use’ was made ‘of information from Steele’s sources,’ the Democrats end up acknowledging that ‘only narrow use’ actually means significant use,” writes McCarthy in the National Review.

Schiff’s memo comes weeks after Nunes released his four-page bombshell report that raised serious questions over how the DOJ used the Clinton-financed Trump dossier to obtain FISA warrants against at least one Trump associate.

Congressional leaders -such as Sen. Chuck Grassley- have vowed to get to the bottom of whether former Obama officials used the shady document to illegally spy on the Trump campaign ahead of the 2016 election.

‘BIG CREDIT’: South Korea Says TRUMP FORCED Kim into Talks

posted by Hannity Staff - 1.10.18

South Korean authorities are giving President Trump ‘big credit’ for his tough talk regarding North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, saying the Commander-in-Chief deserves “big credit” for forcing Kim back to the negotiating table.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in thanked President Trump for his harsh rhetoric towards the communist regime on Wednesday, saying American pressure eventually prompted the hermit kingdom to reopen talks with the South for the first time in over two years.

“I think President Trump deserves big credit for bringing about the inter-Korean talks,” Moon said at a news conference. “It could be a resulting work of the U.S.-led sanctions and pressure.”

The United States -along with regional allies- passed crippling UN sanctions last year in response to Kim’s continued nuclear and missile tests; cutting off essential supplies such as oil and food from the brutal regime.

The North Korean despot has taken a new approach towards his southern neighbors in recent weeks, wishing them a successful Olympic Games and hoping to “ease military tensions” as the two nations begin formal talks.

Earlier this month, President Trump made global headlines when he warned the dictator that the United States too has a “nuclear button,” but unlike Kim’s America’s button “actually works.”
