ELECTION ATTACK FOILED: NY Man Arrested for ELECTION DAY Bomb Plot in DC

posted by Hannity Staff - 10.11.18

A man from Rockland County, New York was arrested Wednesday who police say planned to detonate a 200-pound bomb in Washington, DC on Election Day to protest the “direction of the country.”

According to NBC New York, local authorities and the FBI raided Paul Rosenfeld’s upstate home and found eight-pounds of explosives that would eventually be used in the makeshift bomb.

“Police and FBI agents searched a Hudson Valley, New York, home Wednesday and arrested the 56-year-old man living there after learning about his alleged plan to build a bomb and blow himself up in Washington, D.C., on Election Day, two law enforcement officials told News 4 New York,” writes NBC.

“Officials tell News 4 Rosenfeld had no criminal history but had told a reporter in Pennsylvania he planned to blow himself up on the National Mall around Election Day because he was angry about the country’s direction,” adds the article.

“Had he been successful, Rosenfeld’s alleged plot could have claimed the lives of innocent bystanders and caused untold destruction,” said FBI Assistant Director in Charge William Sweeney.

Court documents reveal the suspect believed in an archaic election system called “sortition,” where government officials were “chosen at random.”

BIO-ATTACK AVERTED: Authorities Foil POISON TERROR Plot in Germany

posted by Hannity Staff - 6.14.18

Authorities and police averted a potentially devastating biological terror attack in Germany Thursday, foiling an “Islamic extremist” plot to unleash a deadly agent somewhere in the country.

According to the Associated Press, German authorities confirmed the arrest of Sief Allah H., whose surname couldn’t be revealed due to the country’s harsh privacy laws; adding the man was actively working on a “biological weapon.”

Investigators recovered the deadly biological agent ricin -created from the seeds of castor beans- at the scene.

“The suspect is believed to have begun procuring material online in mid-May, prosecutors said. He succeeded in creating the toxin this month and investigators found it in the apartment search,” writes the AP. “Prosecutors wouldn’t say how much ricin the suspect had produced.”

“He had contacts with people in the jihadist spectrum,” said a spokesperson with the prosecution.

A potential disaster was averted Wednesday morning after an armed officer shot a would-be school shooter at Dixon High School in Illinois; thwarting the attack before the gunman could reach other students.

The suspected gunman reportedly arrived at the local high school at approximately 8:00am, engaged the officer who returned fire, and was subsequently taken into custody.

A local journalist posted the report on social media within minutes, writing “School shooting at Dixon High School. School resource officer confronted a high-school aged gunman. That teen fired, and the resource officer fired back and hit the gunman. The resource officer was not hit. All Dixon schools now on lock down.”
