HANNITY: The Justice Department is Trying to 'BURY' the IG REPORT

posted by Hannity Staff - 6.07.18

Speaking during his opening monologue on ‘Hannity’ Wednesday night, Sean weighed-in on the forthcoming report from the Inspector General on Hillary’s botched email probe; saying the “full, un-redacted report” should be released immediately.

“The DOJ’s watchdog Michael Horowitz is coming out strong against James Comey, Andrew McCabe, and Loretta Lynch in his forthcoming report that examines how Obama’s Justice Department mishandled the 2016 criminal case into Hillary Clinton,” said Hannity.

“The IG report will allegedly rebuke Loretta Lynch and fired FBI Deputy Director McCabe,” he added. “We all know about McCabe’s Democratic ties and rampant pattern of lying.”

“The full, un-redacted report should have been released by now. They’re trying to bury this on a summer weekend so it doesn’t get the coverage it normally would,” said Sean.

FBI FAIL: McCabe BLASTED in ‘Scathing’ Inspector General Report

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.13.18

The Justice Department’s Inspector General released a scathing report to Congressional leaders Friday; slamming former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe for repeatedly “misleading investigators.”

According to the New York Times, McCabe allegedly “lied” to DOJ officials when asked whether he had ordered subordinates to purposely leak classified information to the press ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

“The inspector general also concluded that Mr. McCabe’s disclosure of the existence of the ongoing investigation in the manner described in the report violated media policy of the F.B.I. and Justice Department and constituted misconduct,” writes the Times.

The Trump administration suddenly fired McCabe weeks ago, just days before he was set to retire and receive his pension.

McCabe has since crowd-sourced his legal campaign against the White House on the internet; raising over $500,000 for his courtroom battle with the Department of Justice.

ADAM’S ADMISSION: Schiff ADMITS McCabe’s FIRING ‘May Be Justified’

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.19.18

Ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff acknowledged Sunday that Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ decision to suddenly fire FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe “may be justified,” seconds before calling the move “tainted.”

Schiff was speaking with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos when he was asked to comment on Sessions’ abrupt removal of the senior FBI official just days before he was due to retire.

“On Andrew McCabe, does the fact that the Inspector General did find that he lacked candor in some of his responses, and that his firing was recommended by career FBI officials. Does that suggest that his firing was or may be justified?” asked Stephanopoulos.

“His firing may be justified, there’s no way for us to know at this point,” admitted Schiff. “Even though it may have been justified, it can also be tainted.”

“I think the President badgering his Attorney General, his urging that he be fired before his pension could vest, and the fact that McCabe and every other Comey associates […] every one of them has been targeted by the administration,” he added.
