HARDBALL: Chris Matthews PAID BIG BUCKS to Silence Sexual Accuser

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.18.17

Liberal MSNBC host Chris Matthews reportedly shelled-out big pucks to silence a sexual accuser nearly two-decades ago, paying upwards of $40,000 to a woman who claims he harassed her while she worked as an assistant producer.

“paid upwards of $40,000 to a woman who claims he harassed her”

According to Fox News, NBC executives paid the woman the lump sum in 1999 after she said the liberal anchor made inappropriate jokes and comments about her to other co-workers, producers, and subordinates.

NBC News confirmed over the weekend that Matthews had been officially reprimanded over the incident, and refused to say if there are more accusations or other payouts related to the left-leaning newsman.

“After weekend reports that NBC paid money to a female staffer in 1999 who accused MSNBC’s Chris Matthews of sexual harassment, the network kept mum for a second day about whether there were other women who had accused the long-time host of inappropriate behavior,” writes Fox.

NBC News made national headlines last month, when the network fired iconic reporter Matt Lauer over multiple allegations of widespread sexual abuse and harassment spanning decades. Lauer’s ouster was just one of many public firings of media pundits, politicians, and celebrities in the wake of Harvey Weinstein’s bombshell exposé.

Matthews has so far refused to comment on the incident.

SEE YA: Charlie Rose TERMINATED at CBS over Sex Scandal

posted by Hannity Staff - 10.15.17

CBS host and legendary journalist Charlie Rose was fired from CBS News on Tuesday after multiple reports of sexual misconduct and harassment came to light this week, with the network releasing a statement saying they “terminated” Rose for his “extremely disturbing and intolerable behavior.”

“A short time ago we terminated Charlie Rose’s employment with CBS News, effective immediately,” said CBS News President David Rhodes. “This followed the revelation yesterday of extremely disturbing and intolerable behavior said to have revolved around his PBS program.”

“Despite Charlie’s important journalistic contribution to our news division, there is absolutely nothing more important, in this or any organization, than ensuring a safe, professional workplace — a supportive environment where people feel they can do their best work. We need to be such a place,” he added.

Rose, who is 75-years-old, released a statement regarding the accusations, saying he was “embarrassed” but claimed “not all of these allegations are accurate.”

“I am greatly embarrassed. I have behaved insensitively at times, and I accept responsibility for that, though I do not believe that all of these allegations are accurate,” said Rose. “I always felt that I pursued shared feelings though I now realize that I was mistaken.”

LAUER'S TURN: Newsweek CLAIMS LAUER Cost Hillary 2016 Election

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.09.17

Liberal magazine Newsweek still can’t accept the results of the 2016 election; claiming in a bizarre article that Matt Lauer’s “sexist debate moderation” tilted the race towards Donald Trump.

The left-leaning outlet published the outrageous article Friday, titled “Matt Lauer Questioned Hillary Clinton’s Judgment During Sexist Debate Moderation,” arguing that the disgraced NBC anchor’s attitude towards Clinton swayed voters away from the former Secretary of State.

“Lauer moderated the Commander-in-Chief forum, grilling then-presidential candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, but some viewers thought he pressed Clinton too hard on her email scandal rather than overseeing the promised discussion about national security issues,” writes the author.

“The insistence on discussing her emails continued throughout the forum, and Lauer spent a full third of Clinton’s allotted time talking about the controversy,” she added.

Hillary mentioned the debate herself in her recently released memoir, saying she was “ticked off” over Lauer’s questions.

“Lauer had turned what should have been a serious discussion into a pointless ambush. What a waste of time,” writers Clinton.

The former NBC icon was abruptly fired Wednesday morning, following an overnight meeting between network executives and the lawyer of a woman accusing Lauer of sexual assault. The anchor released a statement on Thursday, saying “enough” of the allegations were true, and he was deeply “ashamed.”
