KIM’S GAMES: North Korea Possibly ‘BUYING TIME’ to Hide Nuclear Program

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.17.18

Intelligence officials believe North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un’s recent threat to withdraw from his upcoming summit with President Trump may be an effort to delay the meeting; hoping to further conceal his pre-existing nuclear arsenal from American investigators.

According to the Washington Times, the Hermit Kingdom is potentially “hardening” its nuclear program in an attempt to avoid the fate of Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi, who was brutally overthrown after voluntarily abandoning his weapons program.

“The North Koreans have this belief they can somehow outsmart the U.S.,” a senior military analyst told the Times. “

“They may be attempting to sanitize their facilities right now while also trying to buy more time for that,” he added.

Kim made global headlines this week when he threatened to pull out from the historic face-to-face meeting with President Trump, saying US war drills in the region were a “rehearsal” for an invasion.

President Trump weighed-in the possibility of a collapse in peace talks Wednesday, saying “we’ll have to see” what happens.

CRISIS IN KOREA: Kim AIMS at ‘Repugnant’ John Bolton Ahead of Summit

North Korean authorities set their sights directly on National Security Advisor John Bolton Wednesday, saying they do not “hide their feelings of repugnance” towards the senior Trump aide while threatening to scuttle future talks with American officials.

North Korea’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kim Kye-gwan slammed the NSA while speaking with the state-run news agency this week; saying the communist regime remembers Bolton’s remarks from 2003 labeling Kim Jong Un’s father a “tyrannical dictator.”

“We do not hide our feelings of repugnance towards him,” said Kim.

The Foreign Minister went on to warn American officials that his country refuses to follow the “miserable fate” of Libya, whose leader Muammar Gaddafi was violently overthrown after voluntarily abandoning his nuclear weapons program.

“This is not an expression of intention to address the issue through dialogue. It is essentially a manifestation of awfully sinister moves to impose on our dignified state the destiny of Libya or Iraq which had [sic] been collapsed due to yielding the whole of their countries to big powers,” added Kim.

KIM’S WARNING: North Korea Says US ‘Ruining Mood’ Ahead of Summit

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.07.18

North Korean officials accused the United States of ‘ruining the mood’ Monday ahead of a historic meeting between President Trump and Kim Jong Un; saying the US was “misleading” the world over the Hermit Kingdom’s weapons program.

According to the Associated Press, authorities in Pyongyang told the state-run news agency that the Trump administration was engaged in a “dangerous attempt” to derail the high-stakes negations just weeks before the leaders are expected to meet.

“The U.S. is deliberately provoking the DPRK at the time when the situation on the Korean Peninsula is moving toward peace and reconciliation,” said a spokesperson for the communist regime.

The comments were widely seen as a negotiating tactic against the Trump administration.

The warning comes after President Trump confirmed to reporters Friday that US and North Korean officials have agreed on a “time and place” to hold the historic summit; the first meeting between an American president and the ruler of North Korea in history.
