'MAGA' FREE NYC: Manhattan Judge Allows Bars to BAN Trump Supporters

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.26.18

A Manhattan judge ruled this week that bar and restaurant owners could ban patrons from wearing ‘Make America Great Again’ caps and other Trump-supporting apparel; suggesting there’s little protection from “political discrimination” in the nation’s largest city.

According to the New York Post, the judge struck down a tourist’s lawsuit against a West Village bar after he was ejected for wearing the iconic ‘MAGA’ hat; adding freedom of religion does not protect one’s freedoms regarding political statements.

“He was paying spiritual tribute to the victims of 9/11. The Make American Great Again hat was part of his spiritual belief,” said the man’s lawyer. “Rather than remove his hat, instead he held true to his spiritual belief and was forced from the bar.”

“Plaintiff does not state any faith-based principle to which the hat relates,” fired-back the judge.

“Here the claim that plaintiff was not served and eventually escorted out of the bar because of his perceived support for President Trump is not outrageous conduct,” the ruling states.

DE BLASIO’S DELUSION: NYC Mayor Bizarrely COMPARES Himself to Gandhi, Edison

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.26.17

Hyper-liberal Mayor of New York City Bill De Blasio went on a self-delusional tirade while commenting on his failed liberal agenda, bizarrely comparing himself to world-renowned leaders and innovators such as Thomas Edison and Mahatma Gandhi.

According to Politico, De Blasio was defending his left-wing policies and agenda when he launched into his bizarre rant; adding that his much-maligned policies that have failed to gain traction in the nation’s biggest city may work on a national scale.

“I want to talk to anyone who thinks that and tell them they need to start thinking more,” said the mayor. “I mean, give me a break. So every time someone tries something and it doesn’t work, it invalidates anything else they might do going forward?”

“Tell Thomas Edison that, and Henry Ford, tell Mahatma Gandhi. How many people fell on their faces along the way trying things, experimenting with things, had setbacks? There’s no leader who hasn’t had setbacks.”

De Blasio’s recent visit to Iowa and other prominent events is raising serious questions over whether the New York politician is planning to enter the national political arena. The Big Apple Mayor easily cruised to re-election this month in New York, defeating Republican challenger Nicole Malliotakis by a margin of 66% to 28%.

BUSTED: Top De Blasio Aide CAUGHT with ILLEGAL HANDGUN in NYC

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.09.18

A senior aide to gun-hating Mayor Bill de Blasio was arrested Saturday night in New York City with an illegal handgun after a routine stop in Queens; reportedly driving around in a 2002 SUV that “reeked of marijuana.”

Reagan Stevens, the 42-year old Deputy Director in the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice, was nabbed along with two other individuals as police investigated a nearby shooting.

Local cops noticed the “strong odor of marijuana” emanating from the double-parked vehicle and decided to investigate.

According to the New York Post, the NYC official is involved with the city’s criminal youth initiative and was actively promoting legislation that would raise the age at which children could be charged as adults.

“The gun, which had its serial number scratched off, was loaded with two rounds of ammunition, and a spent round was found on the driver’s side floor,” writes the Post. “Stevens [was] each charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.”
