Senior White House strategist Stephen Miller unloaded on CNN earlier this week following a disastrous interview with anchor Jake Tapper; saying the news network has been “extraordinarily biased, extraordinarily unfair” to President Trump and those closest to him.
Miller was speaking with Fox News when he was asked to comment on a recent interview where host Jake Tapper urged Miller to “settle down” before cutting off his microphone; accusing the top Trump advisor of “wasting his viewers’ time.”
Miller fired-back at Tapper after he suggested the President’s mental health was “deteriorating,” saying the President was a “political genius” who managed to pull off one of the greatest political upsets in American political history.
“CNN has been extraordinarily biased, extraordinarily unfair to the president, and is not giving their viewers honest information,” said Miller.
The President expressed his support for Miller’s battle with Tapper on social media just hours after the infamous interview, saying “Jake Tapper of Fake News CNN just got destroyed in his interview with Stephen Miller of the Trump administration.”
“Watch the hatred and unfairness of this CNN flunky!” he added.
