PATHETIC: Newsweek Says Trump Using 'Merry Christmas' to PROMOTE White Supremacy

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.27.17

Left-leaning news magazine Newsweek reached a new low this holiday season, equating President Trump to Nazi Germany and bizarrely stating that his use of the expression “Merry Christmas” is a secret “dog-whistle” to white supremacists and other hate groups.

The article, titled “How Trump and the Nazis Stole Christmas to Promote White Nationalism,” slams the President for his campaign pledge to “say Merry Christmas again,” suggesting the phrase has been hijacked by Nazis, white nationalists, and other racist organizations to marginalize minorities in America.

“But critics counter that Trump is promoting a version of the holidays that excludes members of other religions, and that his crusade to bring back Christmas is part of a larger attempt by the president to define America as a country for white Christians alone,” writes the author.

“It fits neatly with his refusal to condemn white supremacists when they march against diversity, and with his condemnation of athletes who protest police brutality against black men,” the article adds.

The author goes on to directly equate President Trump with Nazi Germany, saying the only noticeable difference between the two was that Trump has never openly advocated for mass genocide.

“Trump’s rhetoric differs from that of Nazi Germany’s, most notably because he has never advocated for genocide. But Trump’s talk about Christmas coexists with reemerging white identity politics, experts say,” states Newsweek.

LAUER’S TURN: Newsweek CLAIMS LAUER Cost Hillary 2016 Election

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.04.17

Liberal magazine Newsweek still can’t accept the results of the 2016 election; claiming in a bizarre article that Matt Lauer’s “sexist debate moderation” tilted the race towards Donald Trump.

The left-leaning outlet published the outrageous article Friday, titled “Matt Lauer Questioned Hillary Clinton’s Judgment During Sexist Debate Moderation,” arguing that the disgraced NBC anchor’s attitude towards Clinton swayed voters away from the former Secretary of State.

“Lauer moderated the Commander-in-Chief forum, grilling then-presidential candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, but some viewers thought he pressed Clinton too hard on her email scandal rather than overseeing the promised discussion about national security issues,” writes the author.

“The insistence on discussing her emails continued throughout the forum, and Lauer spent a full third of Clinton’s allotted time talking about the controversy,” she added.

Hillary mentioned the debate herself in her recently released memoir, saying she was “ticked off” over Lauer’s questions.

“Lauer had turned what should have been a serious discussion into a pointless ambush. What a waste of time,” writers Clinton.

The former NBC icon was abruptly fired Wednesday morning, following an overnight meeting between network executives and the lawyer of a woman accusing Lauer of sexual assault. The anchor released a statement on Thursday, saying “enough” of the allegations were true, and he was deeply “ashamed.”
