POLL: 84% of Americans Favor Turning Illegal Immigrants Over to Federal Agents

posted by Hannity Staff - 6.29.18

A stunning new poll from a longtime Clinton insider raised eyebrows throughout Democratic circles this week, revealing a whopping 84% of Americans favor turning illegal immigrants over to federal authorities when arrested.

According to the Hill, Democratic pollster and Clinton associate Mark Penn revealed the staggering statistic Thursday, adding that the data was remarkably “out of sync” with the liberal outcry surrounding undocumented workers and “family separations” along the US-Mexico border.

“I asked them, ‘Do you think notifying ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] would in fact increase crime because it would inhibit people from reporting crimes or does it decrease crimes because it takes criminals off the street,’ and they overwhelming said ‘decrease,’ ” Penn said.

“When someone’s arrested, they expect someone will notify federal immigration authorities just as they would expect someone who violates state tax law will find out that they notified the IRS,” he added.

CALIFORNIA CHAOS: Trump Threatens to REMOVE ICE AGENTS Throughout the State

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.22.18

President Trump called-out the state of California and its “disgraceful” sanctuary cities Thursday over their refusal to cooperate with the federal government in reducing illegal immigration; threatening to remove ICE agents throughout the state if they continue to shelter undocumented workers from the agency.

President Trump and his administration have focused on deporting MS-13 gang members throughout the country -and specifically in California- as a major national security priority; telling reporters at the White House he’s received “no help” from the state.

“If I wanted to pull my people out of California you would see a crime-nest like you’ve never seen before,” Trump warned. “All I have to do is say, ‘ICE and Border Patrol, leave California alone.’ You would see crime like nobody has seen crime in this country. I could do it.”

The Commander-in-Chief predicted that California and local governments would be “begging” for him to reinstate the agency; citing record spikes in crime, drug use, and homelessness after the state declared itself a “sanctuary” for illegal aliens.

'TOTAL CATASTROPHE': Four Separate IMMIGRATION BILLS FAIL in US Senate

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.16.18

Four separate immigration bills crashed and burned in the US Senate this week, capping off a week of fiery debate, negotiations, and eventually defeat as both the President’s proposal and a bipartisan bill failed to secure enough votes.

Trump’s four-part immigration plan -which would provide a pathway to citizenship for nearly two million ‘Dreamers,’ fund his border wall, and end “chain” migration- went down in defeat, with many Republicans joining their Democrat colleagues and sinking the bill in a 39-60 vote.

The Senate’s bipartisan deal also fell short just hours after Trump threatened to veto the bill he described as a “total catastrophe.”

“The Schumer-Rounds-Collins immigration bill would be a total catastrophe. @DHSgov says it would be ‘the end of immigration enforcement in America.’ It creates a giant amnesty (including for dangerous criminals), doesn’t build the wall, expands chain migration, keeps the visa,” Trump tweeted.

The Senate’s inability to pass any immigration deal comes as the March 5th deadline looms with the nation’s DACA program officially expiring; throwing into question the fate of millions of ‘Dreamers’ currently residing in the United States.
