Republican Senators Chuck Grassley and Lindsey Graham have flagged an “unusual email” that former National Security Advisor Susan Rice sent to herself the day of President Trump’s inauguration, reports Fox News.
The mysterious communication reportedly mentions a meeting with former President Barack Obama regarding the Trump campaign’s alleged ties with Russian officials during the election; detailing a high-level conversation with Obama’s senior staff.
“According to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and Sen. Lindsey Graham, the partially unclassified email was sent by Rice on Jan. 20, 2017 — and appears to document a Jan. 5 meeting that included Obama, then-FBI Director James Comey, then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, then-Vice President Joe Biden and Rice,” reports Fox.
“President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities ‘by the book,’” says Rice’s email to herself.
“The president stressed that he is not asking about, initiating or instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective. He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would by the book,’” she added.
The mysterious email raises new questions over Barack Obama’s involvement in both Hillary Clinton’s botched email investigation, as well as the DOJ’s probe into possible Russian connections to the Trump campaign.
COLLUSION DELUSION: CNN Suggests Trump’s ‘PRAYER BREAKFAST’ Infiltrated by RUSSIANS
The anti-Trump hysteria at CNN reached a fever pitch Thursday morning, with the cable news network bizarrely suggesting Russian agents had infiltrated the National Prayer Breakfast; an annual event in the nation’s capital traditionally featuring a speech by the sitting President.
During its coverage of the low-key event, the media outlet quickly claimed that this year’s breakfast included a significantly larger delegation of Russian businessmen, religious authorities, and officials than in previous events.
“As many as 60 Russians are expected to attend the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, more than three times last year’s number, per Russian officials,” tweeted CNN.

“The spike in the number of Russians attending the event compared to last year comes amid multiple ongoing investigations into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia as well as continued fallout from Russian interference in the 2016 election,” adds the Cable News Network.
COLLUSION: Mueller Hires ANOTHER Democrat for Trump-Russia Witch Hunt
The special counsel in charge of the Trump-Russia conspiracy theory witch-hunt has hired yet another democratic donor to spearhead the investigation; raising the number to eight individuals who had previously given money to prominent liberals like Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama.
According to Reuters, New York defense attorney Greg Andres has joined Mueller’s task force charged with probing the Trump campaign’s alleged ties with Russian government officials.
Federal Election Commission filings show that Andres gave nearly $4000 to the democratic party, including $2700 to help NY Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand’s campaign in 2017.
The Daily Caller also reports that Andres’ wife, Ronnie Abrams, is a federal judge appointed by none-other-than former President Barack Obama back in 2011.
Robert Mueller has come under fire for hiring left-leaning, democratic donors to help run his investigation of the Trump administration. The President and other GOP lawmakers are calling on Mueller to step down from the probe over these conflicts of interest, as well as his close relationship with former FBI director James Comey.
“I can say that the people that have been hired are all Hillary Clinton supporters, some of them worked for Hillary Clinton,” The President said during an interview in late June. “I mean, the whole thing is ridiculous if you want to know the truth.”
