4:05 PM EST – Sara Carter, Fox News Contributor and Investigative Reporter, and David Schoen, Civil Liberties Attorney, and Gregg Jarrett, Fox News Legal Analyst, released a piece yesterday uncovering yet more troubling evidence of former deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe’s misgivings. It appears he was a part of making sure that Hillary Clinton was protected and her email investigation was put to rest. Sara will also give us her take on the newly released text messages between Strzok and Page.

House Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows said he is working with his Congressional chairmen counterparts to get three to six months of messages between disgraced FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

Meadows, of North Carolina, said he is working with Reps. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) and Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) to get the text messages.

“I do believe we’ll get those,” he said. “We believe [they] will be very enlightening.”

He said the messages will likely add “context” to fired FBI Director James Comey’s claims that he was what Meadows characterized as a “bystander” in the anti-Trump tone of the messages. (H/T FOX NEWS)

4:30 PM ET – John McLaughlin, Pollster and founder of McLaughlin and Associates & Doug Schoen, Pollster, Author, Political Analyst for Fox News and a Columnist for Newsmax, discuss the midterms, as we see the win last night in Arizona, and just how close the margin was between the candidates. The news of the Hillary emails being released on 9/28/18, there might be some movement in what was previously considered a runaway win in some blue states.

ARIZONA REPUBLICAN DEBBIE LESKO won a special election to fill the deep red seat TRENT FRANKS retired from earlier this year. Unofficial balloting had her up 52.9% to 47.2%. This victory is a bit close for comfort, considering Donald Trump’s 21-point victory there in 2016. This victory will do very little to calm GOP nerves five months before Election Day. 5:05 PM ET – Newt Gingrich, author of the upcoming book “Trump’s America” which can be pre-ordered on Amazon, his latest article on Comey and McCabe.

It is very sobering and a little frightening to realize that the top two officials of the Federal Bureau of Investigation were dishonest. To fully understand just how dishonest, self-serving and reckless former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe were during their service, you don’t have to believe me, you only need to read three sources: the memorandum written by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein that led to Comey’s firing, the Office of the Inspector General’s report investigating McCabe’s actions as deputy director and Stewart Baker’s recent article, “The Low Tragedy of Andrew McCabe.”

Reading and examining these three documents together will give you a sense of just how vast and dangerous the swamp has become.

Rosenstein’s memorandum outlining the “serious mistakes” made by Comey during the 2016 Clinton email investigation concluded that Comey was wrong to overstep his authority as FBI director and announce his recommendation that the investigation is closed during a press conference.

5:30 PM ET – Congressman Louie Gohmert, is a former JAG attorney and Judge, and is his time in Congress he has had the opportunity to question Robert Mueller and attempt to get answers to questions, that many others let slide. As we continue to look at an endless investigation that has turned up zero evidence of Trump/Russia collusion, Gohmert has done the heavy lifting to take a closer look at Robert Mueller. His report on the work, trials, and past of the prosecutor can be found on our website. He stops by today to talk to us about why he felt compelled to write it.
