4:05 PM ET – Steve Bannon, Former Chief Strategist for President Trump, is here to talk about NATO, the protestors here in Europe ready to scream about just about anything, and the quiet movement of conservatives here in London ahead of President Trump’s visit tonight.

Ben Harris-Quinney, chairman of a prominent London conservative think tank, lingered by the concierge booth as he discussed ways Trump’s British fans can offer him a warm greeting amid planned protests and a giant inflatable diapered Trump baby set to fly over the city. “We’re trying to tell the story that there is a strong well of support,” said Harris-Quinney.

They had all come to see Trump’s former chief strategist Steve Bannon, who had set up a bare war room, of sorts, in a conference room at the hotel to confer and conspire with leaders of Europe’s surging populist movement. Bannon’s goal, he said in a brief interview between meetings, is to help “contextualize Trump” for a European audience that hates him and a fiery tabloid media culture that he believes doesn’t give the American president a fair shake.

It was a reminder that Europe’s version of Trumpism is thriving — from England to France to Italy — even if Trump himself may not make much of a splash when he arrives here Thursday night. (h/t Politico)

5:05 PM ET – Gregg Jarrett, Fox News Legal Analyst and author of the upcoming release, The Russian Hoax, The Illicit Scheme to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump (available for presale on Amazon), Sara Carter, Fox News Contributor and Investigative Reporter and David Schoen, Civil Liberties Attorney also join to discuss today’s absurd hearing. This was a dog and pony show among the representatives who want to politicize Strzok and Page’s behavior.

FBI agent Peter Strzok reportedly plans to tell lawmakers during public testimony on Thursday that the focus on his anti-Trump text messages with another FBI employee is aiding Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The Associated Press, which reviewed prepared remarks Strzok is expected to deliver, reported that the FBI agent will defend himself against the intense scrutiny from GOP lawmakers by saying his work has been free of political bias.

“Let me be clear, unequivocally and under oath: not once in my 26 years of defending my nation did my personal opinions impact any official action I took,” Strzok will say, according to the AP.
